Genoa from above - We particularly enjoyed the ability to make two distinct routes (the "blue" line and the "red" line) and the clarity of the descriptions.

Best 1st day ever - This is ALWAYS my go to when arriving to a new city. I have used this company in many places around the world. It is a perfect way to get the lay of the land.

Joyful bus tour experience with our students. - Good morning, I would like to thank you for the tour on May 30th: Marco, Viviana, Marta, the expert and helpful girl at the ticket office and the entire team who allowed us teachers and our students who felt free and happy to have a nice tour to express yourself during the experience on your tourist bus. Thank you for your welcome, for your attention and for... your patience! For teenagers, the school trip is an important step. I would like to thank you for the tour on May 30th. Great overview tour of Genoa - The bus has 2 routes that give a great overview of the city. The museums and other attractions are scattered around the city, so the overview is helpful. Don't miss the coastal blue route to Boccadasse if only to ride the coastal road on the way back. Great views of the Med Sea. Only 1 downside: some of the portals for the headphones did not work so we missed some of the audio descriptions while changing seats.

The alleys and the Rolli - My knowledge was limited to the aquarium but in 4 days I was able to get to know the city in every aspect. I stayed in an alley 2 steps from Via Garibaldi, I visited many Rolli palaces and for me the most beautiful is Palazzo Rosso. I wandered around the centre, from Piazza de Ferrari, to the Palazzo Ducale, to San Lorenzo, to Via xx Settembre. Then Boccadasse, Nervi and lastly the Galata, which only the visit to the submarine is an unrepeatable experience and then the food, the places of de Andrè, in short 4 days truly well spent

Decent tour if you only have one day in Genoa - The hop-on, hop-off bust system was easy to use but there were only a few busses running that day so the waits could be long between busses. You had to search for a headphone jack that would work but the information given was thorough. The tops of the shield on the upper story was so scratched it was useless to look through. The bus drivers were surly and the first one wouldn't let me on the bus despite the QR code I had from purchasing online (the second driver was nicer). Price was OK. Would not have used if any higher.

Incomplete tour. - Genoa its a beautiful city with a great cultural, arquitectonic and historic heritage, my daughter and me enjoy a walking tour with Laura from Sun Princess Excursions . It was Great. After that we boarded a double decker bus from Red Line and enjoy the amazing view of the rest of Genoa. We decided to stop at the cruise terminal and 2 hours later come back for another ride in the hop on hope off Red Line that sold us a ticket at $25 € each for 24 hours. But, Surprise ! The Double Decker Red Line works from 10.15 am to 16.15 pm. Just 6 hours a day. No cruise ship stays at the same port 2 consecutive days so, if you buy a ticket with them you have only 6 hours to use it.For us it wasn't worthy.

Chaotic Tour with Rude Staff - Poorly run outfit. Both lines overlap on most of the stops, however, there were ONLY two buses running on the red line from what we were able to gather, so wait times were in excess of 45 minutes to almost an hour between buses. Their app is absolute rubbish and doesn't work most of the time, and definitely does not provide real-time location of buses. Also there is no wi-fi on most of the buses, contrary to their advertising. Most of the bus drivers and staff are incredibly rude. My daughter was recovering from an injury and had limited mobility during our trip requiring her to use a cane to help her walk, and the barking at her to hurry up and get off by one of the drivers and staff person on the bus was not appreciated. Absolutely horrible experience on the red line. Blue line was a little better, but again, bus driver was incredibly rude. Except for the ridiculous wait times, and horrible staff, it's a good way to get a nice overview of the wonderful city of Genova.

Don’t bother. - Buses were dirty. I swear the was only 1 blue line bus as it took forever to come around and pick us up after we ‘hopped off’. Some of the speakers did not work and the earphones were so short a medium sized man couldn’t wear them and sit normally anyway. The bus driver didn’t wait for my wife to up the stairs and took off, causing her to stumble and hurt her hand. We have done hop on & off buses in other cities and never disliked them this much.

It is better to buy a day ticket and take the city bus - There were fewer buses in use. The buses were sometimes completely overcrowded and you had to stand downstairs in the double-decker. There were only a few explanations over the headphones (in German). Otherwise music played. The displays were. The next bus is coming in the app. The provider was wrong (the next bus in 5 minutes was displayed for over a quarter of an hour). Not recommended!
