That’s why we only accept small groups, to ensure genuine interaction and provide individual focus. It comprises of the top 5 food stops in Genoa for an unforgettable and exquisite dining experience. It’s important to note that the tour is conducted in both English and Italian, with other languages available on request.

Best cooking class experience - My daughter, granddaughter and I had a cooking class in Genoa with La Locanda Tortuga. Madda found us at the specified meeting place and took us to the perfectly set up local shop, where Mimmo demonstrated and then watched and commented as we prepared several items, including a pesto, testarolli, focaccia and canestrelli cookies. We actually participated in all the processes, which made the experience much better than most cooking classes I've had. Madda translated everything Mimmo said, in short phrases and it was easy to follow. Best cooking class (of many) ever! Of course we ate everything we prepared and we were even given the canestrelli left over to take with us.

Yummy!!!! - Marina was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the experience very relaxing. We had a great group of people which enhanced the tour. Definitely recommend while in Genoa!

Incredible insider tour of Genovese food! - Beatrice was an incredible tour guide! She was super knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful insider tour of Genova. All the food was delicious and we had a great group and an amazing time! Higly recommended—grazie mille!

Yum! - We had a fantastic tour with Beatrice! She explained a lot of the history of the part of Genoa we were in, and even took us into a couple cathedrals to look around. She gave us recommendations of restaurants to try as well as activities to do during our stay. I highly recommend doing this!

Highly recommended in Genoa if you love food, culture and history - A very nice tour with many delicious food moments. In addition to focusing on Genovese food, Serena also paid attention to the history of the city. If you love good food, culture and history, this tour is definitely recommended. Serena took extensively, everything was well arranged. At the end of the tour another delicious ‘gelato’ and the local digestif Amaro was optional to order.

Awesome Tour - Valentina was a great tour guide!! It was such a relief being shown around in English and understanding the significance of our surroundings. The food was very yum and Valentina was wonderful explaining each dish and was eager to answer questions. Our group was small so everything felt special!!
