  Visitors can explore a detailed reproduction of a Nuragic Well, demonstrating the engineering and construction techniques of ancient Nuragic civilizations, immersing them in the ancient history of Sardinia.

  Tailored for schools and families, this area features an interactive laboratory where young children can engage in hands-on activities and educational games, exploring history and science in an enjoyable and stimulating manner. • Museo del Cavallino della Giara - The Museo del Cavallino della Giara (Museum of the Giara Horse) in Genoni preserves the historical and cultural heritage of the village, connected to the collective memory and the iconic Giara horse, a symbol of the region. Through Alessio Orrù’s photographs and Sergio Scavio’s documentary, the museum narrates life on the plateau, exploring the flora, fauna, and the bond between humans and horses. Interviews with locals, transformed into illustrations by artist Pia Valentinis, enhance the exhibition.

• Parco della Giara Tuili - The Giara park is renowned for its 44 km² basalt plateau and the Cavallini della Giara, small wild horses that roam freely, adding a unique charm to the landscape. Over 600 of these little horses inhabit the park. The park spans Genoni, Gesturi, Tuili, and Setzu, offering trails through forests and meadows, ideal for excursions to discover the local flora and fauna. The Giara, formed millions of years ago by volcanic eruptions, retains traces of Nuragic settlements and nuraghi, making it a blend of natural beauty and ancient history.
