Handstamps for re-entry are only available if your biometrics cannot be registered due to health or other acceptable reasons
• Keep Your Ticket with You at all times. You are required to produce Your Ticket upon request
• Due to safety and security concerns, all of Your bags, parcels, clothing and any other items or personal belongings may be subject to screening/security checks at the Entrances and/or any part(s) of the Genting SkyWorlds TP (which may be repeatedly conducted at different area(s))
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• The best way to enjoy Genting SkyWorlds is by downloading the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app, registering your tickets and enabling notifications. In the event of our “Rainy Day Guarantee” being activated, you will automatically receive a notification straight to your phone.
• Guest is to approach the ticketing counter and show the QR code (presentation on original QR code on your first visit) and show the push notification that’s in GSW App to ticketing counter for verification before you are free to enter the theme park.
