- Cayman Spirits Co. Distillery - This tour ticket grants you access to the Cayman Spirits Distillery, the Cayman Islands #1 rated attraction. It does not include transportation or pick up. Simply present this ticket on arrival for your stated tour time for entry. The distillery tour includes a guided walk through of a functioning distillery and an informative talk about the process of making rum, from fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. On any given day different parts of the process may be observable as this is a working distillery. In addition, the pass includes a full tasting of spirits produced on site, including Seven Fathoms Rum, the national rum of the Cayman Islands and the official rum of Cayman Airways. There are also coconut, banana, spiced, dark and more varieties to try in the Governor’s Reserve line of spirits. Distillers specials include limited availability seasonal releases, like the scotch bonnet rum, local botanical gins and more. A wide selection of locally produced items are available for sale in the distillery gift shop, including locally made pepper jelly’s and jams, rum cakes, hot sauces, t shirts and hats and the distilleries famous rum infused BBQ sauce. Please note this tour does not include transport, present ticket at distillery for entry.

Lots of fun - Athena who does the tour is fabulous. She has a wonderful sense of humor and made the tour worthwhile. You get to sampple around a dozen different types of drinks - assorted rums, liquor, and gin. I would eat before hand because even with food in the belly you get enough samples to get a bit tipsy.

Book it! - We went to the store to pick up coconut rum after trying a small rum flight in George Town and ended up staying for a tasting & tour. It was super fun, great crowd/group, and staff was nice & entertaining!

"The rum taste test" - Trip was a good experience was great. Learned how alcohol is processed the distillery par of makin it . Tasting and sampeling the different flavors was fun.

Fun Stop! - Fun, entertaining stop if you’re in Cayman. Great variety of rum and other spirits to taste. Tour is interesting and the rums are delicious.

Fun time! - Fun time. Tasted lots of good rum. Got some historical insight on Cayman Island. “Captain Handsome” kept us entertained while he joked about all sorts of things. He is quite the stand up comic. Well worth the price of admission.

I love the Backstory of the islands origins - A unique Distillery tour because of the Island’s history of Alcohol production. It wasn’t a large facility but it was just the right size with wonderfully crafted spirits. And the most unique story on Barrel Aging and storage. It’s a must do if yo have a free hour or two in your Itinerary.

Getting there was a real challenge!! - Rainy day activity for a group of friends staying on the East Side….well it almost did not happen because of the CRAZY confusing path down a very narrow dumpster lined path that leads to the only tiny parking lot for the distillery. Be warned, this was not easy to find even with our navigation.
However, our time with Athena was fun and she was very accommodating to the large group she was managing.
Interesting fact was after our group left, no one actually felt even slightly tipsy which was very unusual as we all had over 10 shots of different rums.
Every one in our group purchased at least one bottle there as we enjoyed many of the flavors, so we will continue enjoying what we tasted on the tour.
