Great value for money - Our guide, Teh, picked us right on time and entertained us throughout the day with knowledgeable commentary about every place we visited. The city tour was great, especially the Kek Lok Si Temple, and lunch at the Yeng Keng Restaurant was superb! But the day would not have been complete without the funicular ride to the peak of Penang Hill - the view from the top was awesome and the walk along one of the shorter nature trails very enjoyable

Super-duper. - Our guide Ronranjit was great and took great care of us. He picked us up on time. The car was clean and well air-conditioned. He spoke great English, talked a lot and answered all questions really well. We saw all the important sights. Despite the express ticket, you have to wait a long time at the hill, so you have to plan a lot of time there. We skipped lunch (we were on a cruise ship). He always drove us straight to the sights, even though he had to pay extra parking fees. In the coffee shop we tried lots of different delicious varieties and bought some straight away (cappuccino and coconut coffee). We had also booked a ticket for the Rainbow Walk (skyscraper with a glass bottom) independently of this excursion. He drove us there, waited and then brought us to the boat, even though this extended our excursion by almost an hour. It was a really great excursion with the best guide ever.

Pack all of Penang in one day! - If you want to catch the entirety of Penang in one day, this is a great way to do it. Picked up from our hotel and on to each of the major sites and temples throughout the island plus a very fine lunch back in the city, we could not have planned a more efficient day of seeing everything… Considering the tour was eight hours of chauffeured and guided touring, this is a good value for the money. Ong made sure we were well taken care of with all of our logistics plus added in a nice amount of perspective and history along the way.

An excellent way to see and enjoy the best of Penang in one day. - Ronnie was an excellent guide, very organised, friendly and informative. As a family of three, we appreciated being taken personally by him, rather than in a larger group. The supply of Fast Passes on the funicular meant we had much more time to appreciate the tree top walk on Penang Hill. Ronnie spent time explaining all about the various temples he took us to and the lunch provided was excellent. He was an excellent driver, going out of his way to drive us all around the city to see the various murals. We all thoroughly enjoyed our day. Thank you.

Enjoyable and also a culinary paradise. - Penang Island 🏝️ is my most visited place in Peninsular Malaysia 🇲🇾 and is like a second home away from home. Will continue to visit Penang as we have many relatives there.
