Vincent was a great tour... - Vincent was a great tour guide! Very knowledgable and interesting to talk to. I liked that he took us sightseeing in between food stops, because it makede it easier to digest a bit and eat more food! The other girl on the tour and I were very confident that we could make it to the end in terms of trying everything, and we just about did, but we weren't eating much by the end (the sign of a great tour). We had about 10 different dishes in four locations and it was awesome.

Fabulous tour - A fabulous tour that delivered delicious food. Max was a fantastic guide who taught us about Food, Architecture and Culture. Our visit to the Taoist Temple was lovely and Max explained everything to us. Make sure you go on an empty stomach as we had so much food. We highly recommend this tour.

Best activity in Penang - I’ve done quite a few food tours around the world and Poh was one of the best guides I’ve had. She is extremely knowledgeable (not just about food but pretty much anything you might like to know about Malaysia) and so easy to talk to. We tasted about 15 different things on this tour and got such a great insight into Penang food culture. If you’re vegetarian like me just be prepared to miss out on some dishes eg a variety of the noodle soups.

Fabulous Foodie tour! - This was truly an amazing journey with our guide Miss Pho. Pho was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about showing us different foods & the history of where certain dishes originated from. Pho answered all our questions that we were asking and it was lovely to sit and linger over our meals and chat about Penang, the food, life in Penang and the history. We certainly learned a lot. I would not hesitate in recommending this tour and you’ll be extremely happy to have Miss Pho as your guide. Don’t forget to start hungry and end up very very full!! 10/10

Penang Food Tour - My husband and I took a food tour in Penang. Although the tour allows up to 12 people, we found out that we were the only participants that day. We had Beatrice as our tour guide who was excellent. Although we were late to our meeting place, she was very understanding and kept in contact with us through the whatsapp. In addition to the plentiful local food and drink tastings, we also learned so much about the Malaysian history, culture, life, religion, art, and people. Beatrice selected a nice variety of food to showcase the diverse food culture in Penang and every dish was delicious. She probably would have fed us more but we had to beg off because we were so full!! We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour and would defintiely recommend it to others.

Highly recommended. Superior guide. Hired him for all day tour privately shortly after, and very pleased.

Mr. King has great... - Mr. King has great stories and curiosities to share about Penang history and food origine. Perhaps, food portions could have been smaller to give us the opportunity to experience more dishes once there are so many different plates we would have like to have had a bite.
