Great trip out of the city! Good for all ages! - Spice gardens were lovely, good to see early before too hot! Butterfly farm amazing, could have spent hours there! Thank you so much to our informative and courteous driver!

Revised, personalised tour of Penang was great - Though we signed up for this tour, due to my mother's mobility issues and the company's recommendation, we modified the final tour to cover Penang Hill, Georgetown (street art, streets, Little India), the Thai and Burmese Buddhist temples, drive down Harmony Street and the Pinang Peranakan Mansion (also in Georgetown). We were really sad to omit Entropia Butterfly Farm, but the guide – Mr Ranjit – said it would eat up too much of our initerary to go there. We also stopped for lunch for my mother. Mr Ranjit's history knowledge and personalised service was wonderful, and we really enjoyed getting to see Penang through its cultural heritage. It will probably cost less to do just Penang Hill and Georgetown tours, but as we needed a personalised version for my mother, this worked out for us.

Good tour with an excellent guide - Interesting tour with excellent tour guide. Entopia Butterfly Farm was most enjoyable and arriving early in the day was great as we missed the crowds which we building as we left. The Tropical Spice Garden not so exciting. The tour was worthwhile just to get out of Georgetown and see other parts of the Island.

Very disappointed - Disappointing visit. If the route is well indicated, the plan is well done, the garden lacks maintenance and information for beginners. Not many haunts in the paths, the vegetation is mixed, it is very difficult to spot the species. The route is short. Little or no spices. Overall disappointing Jean Pierre

Malaysian Grab, be careful with buses - People in Penang are very reckless and dangerous drivers, and Malaysian buses and taxis seem to drive dangerously. They tend to scam tourists, so be careful with taxis and Grab. An elderly couple was also scammed, so it's better not to use Grab.
