- Penang Hill - Since the British first settled here, they had always yearn for respite from the depressing heat, thus they set sight on the highest peak in Penang i.e. Penang Hill or locally known as Bukit Bendera. They built a railway up the hill and bungalows for retreat during weekend. Here we can see the legacy of the bungalows left behind by the British beside experiencing a colder climate compared to lowland. Must do tour ; massive kudos to our guide cum driver - Penang is a beautiful city and we absolutely loved our stay. The full-day adventure tour was amazing. The itinerary is great and lot of flexibility to explore places. But I must say that our tour was amazing because of our guide cum driver Mr. Eng Choon Wooi. He is very jovial, from Penang (so knows the place well), took us to amazing places, stayed with us to ensure our complete comfort, and made our day worthwhile. He helped us with entry tickets, took us to a great place for veg. lunch, and shared amazing tips and photographs at each place. Thank you Mr. Eng Choon Wooi for making our tour the highlight of our Malaysia travel

Great insight into Malaysian culture and a flexible tour plan - Eng was one of the most enthusiatic and knowledgable tour guides we have had the pleasure to be with. He obviously loved his country and their culture. Just be aware 8 hrs is a long tour in the heat and humidity and we all ran out of steam by 7 hrs, so cut the tour slightly short. I had given him a list at the beginning of the tour & we made all the places apart from the Butterflies which I had not realised was an hour drive away. He was more than agreeable to take us to places we had not seen on my wish list - totally flexible tour.

Awesome tour with Jeff! - We loved our tour with Jeff! He is so knowledgeable about Penang and perfectly planned our trip according to our preferred destinations. He even knew the best viewing spots away from the crowds, best street food spots, and expertly navigated the Penang/George Town area. A tour like this is a must if you want a seamless trip to Penang and to make the most of your time here.

Money Well Spent - Spent the day with Eng our assigned Tour Guide. Was a great day, money well spent as we would not have got to all the places we visited in one day. Was great that it was flexible as we had already spent 1 whole day in Penang and had been to a few sights of interest, so we chose the places we couldn't get to by vehicle and walked to the ones ourselves that were close by. Highlight was Penang Hill. We caught the funicular which was a quick and exhilarating ride up and down. Eng suggested we pay a bit extra to get to the front of the queue which was great advice as there were queues of people waiting which I suspect would have been for quite some time. Eng was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Penang, history, political system etc etc whatever, he had answers to everything so hence we learnt a lot about Malaysia. Definitely recommend this package

An unforgettable fun tour of Penang - Our guide, Jeff See, was very knowledgeable and personable. He took us to places we would never have thought to go in Penang, and we learned a lot about the history and culture. He also took great group shots of us and drove us wherever we wanted to go. We had so much fun! It was a wonderful experience! I recommend it to anyone interested in a personal tour of Penang.

A welcome circuit breaker for our conference. Fantastic experience. - Eng was amazing in terms of knowledge, making it fun, and being flexible. He got us in the fast line when too many people were waiting at key sites, which helped us save time for other places. His car was very comfortable, with first class and business class seating :-) A great day out for the whole group.

Lovely day out - Our guide, Jeffrey, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and also patient when we took a while in the batik factory! We saw old things and new things, historical and natural features of Penang. He was ready with a wealth of stories about the places we visited. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Day Trip - We had fun and learnt more about Penang since this is our first trip here (except for hubby who has been there for work trip a couple of time). Our guide Leister did a good job bringing us around, according to our requests. Will be bringing my mom the next round and will engage the service again. Thanks!
