- Kakheti Region - Kakheti, situated in the eastern part of Georgia, is renowned for its long-standing viticultural heritage, making it a pivotal region in the country’s wine production. The rich, fertile soil and the varying altitudes create an exceptional environment for a diversity of grape varieties.
The history of wine in Kakheti is deeply rooted, tracing back thousands of years, evidenced by ancient wine cellars and traditional winemaking methods still in use today. The region is famous for its traditional “qvevri” winemaking process, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, where wine is fermented and stored in large earthenware vessels buried underground, imparting a distinct character to the wine.
- Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino - Bodbe Monastery is one of the most important religious sites in Georgia. Today, there is a nunnery where the monastery used to be and the St. George Cathedral, part of the monastery, holds the remains of St. Nino, Equal to the Apostles, who brought Christianity to Georgia

Great wine experience ! - Very friendly tour with great vibes! The view was amazing and we enjoyed the wine. Lots of different special Georgian varieties!

Highlight of our trip to Tbilisi - I was with my dad who is senior and I was worry he may get tired or feel inconveniences.
But at the end of the day he was so happy and this tour was one of his highlights of our trip to Tbilisi.
Everything planed perfectly well and we tried a lot of wines, visiting beautiful places and learnt a lot about Georgia and it's culture.
Madi our guide was so kind and energetic, special thanks to her for making our day so memorable.

Excellent - It was good.. Madi was excellent.. ! Loved it..She was a fantastic tour guide and made our trip unforgettable. Madi had incredible knowledge about the history and cultures of the area and her story telling skill made everything alive . Love to blindly join her for any other trip and would love to recommend her to anyone.

A day tour unforgettable - Really nice experience. Excellent guides. We enjoy the whole trip and stories from Madi. She is really born for this. Amazing person. The places we visited and the unique scenery are amazing.

Guide Made It Worrh Even More - Absoluye mad love for Lassa, Chinka and most importantly our guide Madi for making it the nost exciting Georgian experience for us. From the wineries to culture, she kept us all engaged and excited.

Great guide - Very nice guide, who spoke good English and took very good care of us in every way. Also gave tips on other tours and things to see in the area around Tbilisi. The only downside was that it was very hot in the bus.

Wine testing. - The best guide Madi that showed everything and full of energy. Thank you Madi 🤗.
We saw how wine made and The history of many places.
The guide made the best pictures for us like a nice memory.
I felt actually Madi like a family with us.
Everyone were happy and thankful.
So i recommend Everyone to do like this trip and specially with Madi so she talking English fluently and professional in her jobb.

Amazing tour - This was an amazing tour. Got to see Kakheti and Signaghi, tasted lot of wines and chacha. Our guide Madi was superb. She explained lot of things about winemaking, georgia, kakheti, took our photographs also.

Bad itinerary , incompetent guide. - A very disappointing experience - a truly unenjoyable tour let down by a terrible itinerary and an incompetent guide.
Firstly, I must stress how bad the itinerary was. The two interesting stops on the tour had way too little time allotted to them.
At the Bodbe monastery we were given 20 - 25 minutes by the guide. Criminal. The monastery and area has so much to offer and this amount of time does not allow for exploration of any of that. What a waste. On Viator it was stated that this stop lasts 50 min - this was not the case.
At Sighnaghi ( excluding the wine tasting ) we spent a total of barely 5 min. I am not exaggerating. We got off the bus and walked for a total of 5 min to the wine tasting. After, we immediately went to the bus. We saw nothing of the city. Absolutely nothing.
I must also mention how poor quality the first wine tasting stop was. The tasting proceeded as follows : We were cattle herded by a guide with a microphone through a warehouse where the wine was stored. The explanations about the wine were inaudible and it was not only our group but an additional 20+ people with us for some reason. Terrible.
The scheduled stop at Badiauri did not take place at all. What ?
Secondly, the guide was incompetent. He provided little to no information either about the itinerary or the history / significance of what we were seeing. He was nice but utterly lacking in knowledge or ability to present information to the group. The whole ride was spent forcibly listening to loud music selected mostly by the guide. Brother, a bit of information, please, this is your job ! I can listen to Spotify on my own. I understand this is not a history tour but this is just low quality guiding.
About the positives. The hotel pick up / drop off was efficient and hassle free. The van was new and comfortable.
Overall : absolutely do not recommend. Don’t hesitate to skip this.
