In 2020, after converting the entire estate to organic practices, the cellar was renovated to offer a new visitor experience. This includes a unique scenographic experience with a 180° immersive video projected onto barrels, the only one of its kind in France. The film shares the rich personal history and work philosophy of the estate, with the video projected in the cellar on the historic oak barrels, enhanced by sound work for a fully immersive experience.
The tasting is followed by a meal in the NEW TASTING ROOM AND 100% IMMERSIVE RESTAURANT. Lounge music and wall projections create an atmosphere that transports guests into the estate’s universe, blending wine and tourism. The meal includes a cup of homemade soup, a slice of Riesling-cooked meat pie with various salads, a plate of assorted cheeses, a delicious slice of kougelhopf, and biebelaskaes (Alsatian cottage cheese). The meal concludes with coffee or tea, with each dish paired with a glass of wine from the estate.
For children, a menu featuring knacks (small local sausages), vegetable chips, a drink, and dessert is available. Alternatively, children can choose their menu on-site.
A guide is available throughout the visit to engage with guests and answer any questions.
