- Zeyssolff - Au Peche Vigneron - The tasting session starts in the wine area. This is followed by a child-friendly video explaining the production of Alsace wines. Next, we tour the cellar, featuring wooden barrels that are over a century old, and explore our family history through a scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels, a unique experience in France.
We then continue the tasting in our tearoom area with a “gourmet wine” experience: several glasses paired with both sweet and savory treats, including cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit, and chocolate and fruit coulis.
