Highlights
  • Zeyssolff - Au Peche Vigneron - This experience will introduce you to the wide range of Alsace wines through a tasting session. You’ll discover the winemaker’s work through a video, then our scenographic space with a 180° immersive movie projected on barrels.
This movie is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the public to find themselves totally immersed in Our story.

You’ll finish your tour with a meal, starting with a seasonal soup, followed by a Foie Gras tasting plate, then a choice of Alsatian meat pie with crudités and salad, or a vegetable quiche for vegetarians (to be specified in advance). You’ll finish with cheese, and a slice of kougelhopf accompanied by bibelaskaas/confiture.

You’ll leave with a gifted bottle of mulled wine and free entry to the Gingerbread Palace.

Tasting begins in the wine space, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children).

Then we’ll visit the cellar, dating back to 1850, with its century-old wooden barrels and scenographic space. You’ll discover our rich family history and our work philosophy through an immersive video, the only one of its kind in France. The experience is projected onto 180° oak barrels in the cellar, with a soundtrack that allows the public to become totally immersed in our story.

We end the tasting in our new immersive tasting and dining room, with a wine to accompany each course.
