Fantastic tour - Great tour and better tour guide! We went in November so it was a little chilly, but our tour guide gave us blankets. It’s a great way to see the city and learn about its history.

Great way to learn about Ghent history - Very enjoyable way to learn about the history of Ghent. The seats were comfortable, and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The length of the tour felt about right.

Fun canal cruise! - We had already started touring Ghent, and this cruise gave us a new perspective - from the water! We saw more than is possible from just the streets, and our guide was fun and informative. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worth the trip when visiting Gent - This trip was far beyond what we expected. Taken the trip because we considered it a thing you only have to do when you are a tourist, and thought 40 minutes will be able to hold out. But what an experience! Lovely building and a fantastic guide who told entertaining stories. Funny for the whole family.

Great Tour, Limited Space - Great photo opportunities and our guide provided amazing history in two languages (sprinkled with jokes). However, the boats are packed with people, which doesn't allow much space to move your body to see what's being discussed.

Good - It was lovely being able to see all the views by boat and Ghent is such a lovely town. The tour guide was nice and friendly, however, we booked and English tour and it was 90% in French and 10% English so we didn’t have any idea what was going on, or what we were looking at.

major setback - A day in Ghent with our 3 teenagers, we were looking forward to it. Ghent is a fantastic beautiful city with so many sights so worthwhile but what a setback with the boat trip this afternoon. The guide was a setback up to and including unintelligibly very depressing and negative. It was almost all about all the bad things that had happened nothing positive or funny. Also, most of it was in english and french until someone shouted may it also in dutch please. I had asked this in advance for our kids. So miss we were unlucky to get just that one guide of course but really a shame for the kids who would have liked to learn something valuable from Ghent. Wasted money it was.

To avoid - Inaudible comments. Moreover extremely brief in French unlike those in English and Dutch. We are very disappointed and do not recommend this company
