Super nice. - Pleasant and quiet walk. Boat with blankets at your disposal, duration of 45 minutes with interesting explanations about the building and the history of the city. It is worth it to have another perspective of the historic center.

Fun Boat Tour - The boat tour was highlight of our trip to Ghent.
The tour was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide shared fascinating insights about the city’s history and landmarks, making the journey even more enjoyable. They even let my 6 year old son drive the boat for few minutes that absolutely made his day.

Fun, Historical and Memorable - The historical facts and humour were on point making a very enjoyable boat tour. Our guide was well versed not only in facts but had great linguistic skills.

Boat Tour - We loved my wife, and ami. The guide is very good, he takes his time to explain. The only thing is the cashier, who was rude. That's why 9-10. But I recommend it anyway.

Do not respect timing - We booked for 16:00 online, we came at the activity 15 minutes before and they told us there was no place at 16:00, we had to wait the next at 16:30.

Guia wasn't happy at work. - Bad experience. What should be English was in English and French. If English was good, it would be great. But it wasn't. The guide seemed already sick of this work and unhappy with the confusing explanations in which he alternated between English and French. I think the guide on this type of tour makes all the difference. If he is happy to effectively explain and entertain, it will be great. But as it was in this case, looking like I was reading a4 sheet and pronouncing fast and bad English, I do not recommend.
Worse than that are the various plaques on the boat saying that sluts are usual. Gorjeta is not usual in the belgica and one should not give a bad service of this guide in particular.
Really, I do not recommend and would not return.
