We were expecting to get a lot of history and culture from this tour, which we did. We were delighted to have all the tastings—we didn’t even know that Belgium has so many delicious dishes! But we were not expecting to make a friend during this tour. Mavliud, our tour guide and driver, was amazing—such a kind soul and full of jokes. Every minute of this tour was lovely thanks to him! Cancelled last minute, no reason given, bad company - This tour group canceled at the last minute. We booked this tour well in advance and were planning it in our itinerary. This was a big disappointment and set our trip off course.
There was no advance notice, reason for the cancellation, or apology.
Be aware of this tour company. They do not operate in good faith and are not a good business. Stay far away.
