Fantastic experience - Had a great day riding ATVs even though it was raining.Enjoyed all the different terrain, water splashes, river crossings and the tunnel. Definitely something to do. Our driver who left us back at our villa was great telling us about all things Bali, Thanks Rani.

Fun ATV ride - We had a great driver, Juli, pick us up from our hotel. He was ontime and very professional. The ATV ride was fun, although we had to stop often when bikes of the people with us had trouble. The guides were very helpful and sweet. The dinner after was delicious and the views were amazing!

Super muddy fun, but could be better - This was a really fun ATV trip. Going through the mud and jungle and river was super cool. If it was your first time ATVing, I could imagine it seemed pretty advanced and scary. Steep hills, challenging terrain and very easy to spin out. The organization wasn’t great. It was a lot of waiting for others to catch up so constant stopping and starting when all we wanted to do was just GO! My older daughter had a panic attack halfway through and needed to go back but communication was difficult because none of the guides spoke English. Going through the gorilla cave was very challenging because there were no lights, and the headlights didn’t work on most of the ATVs so you are literally driving completely blind through a pitch black curving tunnel. Nobody had phones on them for a flashlight and we kept hitting the walls and then our ATV stalled and we were stuck in the cave along with everyone behind us while we waited for the guide to come back. My 10-year old was terrified and that kind of ruined the trip for her. Our ATV also died a few other times which was annoying. The included lunch was lame and we ended up spending like an extra $60 because we wanted something other than rice and noodles. The service at the restaurant was terrible. We didn’t get our drinks until halfway through dinner and despite asking for water 3 times we didn’t get it until we were paying the check. So, super fun time, but wish it was a little more well organized and wish we didn’t do the included lunch.

Could be so much better with better quads. - Our start time was 3pm at a nearby hotel and they shuttle you to the quad bike area which is fine however the shuttle did leave 15 minutes late due to late arrivals, not the companies fault. When we arrived at the quad bike track we were given lockers for our things and given a helmet and wellies (which everyone’s were soaking wet inside from the previous users) and brief instructions of how to handle the quad. My quad bike broke down 5 times resulting in swapping bikes 3 times, someone else in the groups quad broke down also and one chain snapped on another bike. So 3 bikes had at least 1 issue during the hour or so ride. Another big issue was that as previously pointed out the bikes were in poor condition, headlights didn’t work on most of the bikes meaning that the cave section was pitch black and had to go very slow and crashing into the walls was common. They make us all to stop for a 30 minute break (within the allotted 2 hour described time), the break was at a cafe they own on the route, as we were sat there for 30 minutes I felt obliged to buy a drink. Another issue is that the skills of the users varied greatly meaning the faster and more confident riders would be stuck behind unconfident people going slow. The majority of the time was stop-start behind slow people, and you never get to fully throttle it. The company should separate the groups or timings according to confidence. As a final note don’t expect much of the provided lunch. Three options of food, very small portions, bad quality, and one glass of room temperature water per meal.
