Great experience with Gede - My granddaughter and I had booked this firm through Klook. Our guide Gede has made it a great experience, we enjoyed it very much. Gede: thank you so much for dragging me back up on the way back. My granddaughter will be back with her mother and brother in November. (I'll stay upstairs from now on)

Perfect trip - Very professional, high service, and very skilled staff. Our tour guide Billy was brilliant. He had a lot of humor and made our trip perfect and fun. Lots of knowledge of the area, 8 years of experience on the river so knew every rock - so safe with him in the boat.
The trip down the river was extremely beautiful and breathtaking - we could have done it again and again.
We can highly recommend both the company, infinity, as well as Billy!!!!

Amazing experience and nice people around - Been tried many times for rafting in different company. Infinity was an Amazing experience and such kind people!
We go to starting point about 10 minutes by car from the infinity office, and walk through the rainforest down to the river. Before start our guide (Gung Wira) gave us instructions (including all safety measures) along the river he also made jokes to keep the rafting upbeat and told us cultural insight for things we passed like the carved rocks and local trees, was amazing. they take pictures/videos throughout your rafting that are fun to see afterwards. Lockers are provided, showers, changing rooms. Lunch was included buffet service
Highly recommended! such a great experience and provided amazing customer services !!! 10/10
