Just sublime!! If you want an adventure and great sites, go for this! - What can I say, from the moment Aris picked us up to the moment he dropped us off, he was the perfect guide. The actual trip was amazing (a lot better than I expected and each site we visited was perfect). I couldn’t recommend this trip and our guide Aris enough. If you were to choose a company I highly recommend Bali natural tours (we booked another 2 and we’re super happy to have Aris join us again for the next 2). Ps this company was recommended by my friend which is how we found it.

So much fun - This was a fantastic tour, would 100% recommend! The ATVs were a blast, alot of muddy fun! Adi Pratama was our driver and accompanied us through the monkey forest and to the waterfall. He was an amazing, kind young man, helping my mum who injured her knee previously up and down all the stairs (if you have been you'll know there are many). He gave information about all the areas he took us to visit and even suggested a few places to look at before we head home. Patient, polite and professional! All in all 10/10

Dont miss out on this one - If you're wondering if you should purchase this ATV tour do not hesitate. We've done this excursion in Maui and French Polynesia and this one is by far the funnest. Our driver Alit was super friendly, patient and very helpful. This is one everyone will love.

Tour was not as advertised or expected - This Quad tour was an enjoyable day, but the ATV part was not as advertised or expected. Firstly when booking I was told it was a private tour and just our group of 6 experienced adults would be in our group, but when we were getting ready on our bikes we were joined with another family who had young children. When I questioned this I was told we had no choice that I wasn't a private tour. The time on the quad bikes was approximately 1 hour not 2 as advertised. We did not go to the gorilla cave, which is in the title of the tour and part of the reason I chose this one. So no photo at the entrance for us. Instead we just rode around tracks near the hire place repeating some multiple times. The lunch and lunch venue was very good. the waterfall was ok - our tour guide told us that there was no swimming there but when we walked down we found this wasn't true, he went off and did something else while we walked down and back so we couldn't go back and get our swimmers. . The Monkey Sanctuary was great. When our tour guide left us there he told me to message him when we finished and he would pick us up. We were left standing on the side of the road for 40 minutes waiting for him after I messaged. Although the tour said we would be provided with bottled water, we were not, we weren't even given a bottle for lunch and the driver did not have any in the car. We were very dehydrated by the end of the day. All in all not was we expected.
