Definitely book this! - We had a very friendly and efficient driver that took us from and to the hotel. The staff and guides were also very friendly and helpful. The ride itself was very fun and easy and the views were spectacular. The included lunch was a buffet that was delicious and one of the best parts of it. Would definitely book this again!

Great trip to do with family + taxi driver that I can recommend to you - The rafting was a very fun experience for our family. With a family of 3 children with different ages of 18, 15 and 11 years old, it is not always easy to find the right excursion. That was clearly not a problem here!! The great views and the sports were great. I would also like to thank our taxi driver Wayan. This man has given us a lot of insights about Bali. The man is wise, calm and speaks very good and clear English. You immediately feel at ease with him. His good knowledge of the island, the residents, the culture, etc. is highly recommended. After this excursion, Wayan drove around with us for a few more days. We did transfers between different hotels with him and kept making stops at interesting places. His bilingualism and knowledge of the country ensure that you get the most out of your excursions. If you want to arrange this on yourself, you will really lose a lot of time in traffic and queues. On the last day of our holiday we would really have liked to spend another day visiting various beautiful beaches with him, but unfortunately this was not possible due to my illness. White water rafting - The tour was great, as beginners we had no issues. There’s a steep climb down to the river and a lot of stairs to climb up after the rafting but overall quite manageable. Wayan picked us up from our hotel, he was great and very prompt. Highly recommend!

Great fun, would do again!!!! - Views were incredible. Lots of communication with pick up and drop off as well as from the venue. Our driver was fantastic, on time and had lots of recommendations. Made everything easy on the day. Just to note. 10 minute walk downhill to start and 10 minute steep walk back up at the end. Was muddy in places with flip flops. Next time, I’d wear stronger shoes and take them down in a waterproof bag. The guides were great fun and it is clear they enjoy what they do. I really enjoyed the trip. Would definately do again!

Ubud White Water Rafting must do experience - We had the best time white water rafting in Ubud. Such beautiful scenery and getting the thrill of being on the rapids. Wayan was an excellent taxi driver who was early to pick us up and answer all our questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful river, fun rafting but too much waiting time. - The rafting was very nice, with beautiful nature. Our driver back and forth was very polite and helpfull and waited for us on the way back to our hotel, so we could buy grosseries. Unfortunately we had a lot of waiting time before being picked up and being transported to the startingpoint for the walk down to the river, and again down at the river because the boats were delayed. We came at rush hour (1.30 pm), which probably made the waiting time worse. We were compensated with an extra lunch- box :-)

Brilliant guide and good rafting, Wear trainers for the hike down to the river and back! - Easy to organise with our guide Wayan after we had booked online. He immediately got in touch and organised pick up/ drop off etc. He was really helpful and accommodating. The rafting was great but I would advise to wear trainers for the walk from the drop off point for the walk down to the river. It is a very steep walk with lots of steps all the way through the jungle so it is very uneven, muddy and slippy, and back up again the same way. So you need to be relatively fit, definitely not suitable for those who might struggle to walk up/ down stairs. You take your shoes off to raft barefoot, but your shoes are loose in the raft so they will get wet unless you put them in a watertight bag.

Ayung rafting - Had a lot of fun rafting on the river! Be prepared for a lot of steps going down and up. Only thing I didn't like was that we had to wait 30 minutes to get picked up to go to the buffet.
