Must do class! - Such an amazing experience, Wayan our guide was so friendly and so funny as well made us feel very much at home and welcome. She was also very knowledgeable and explained lots of customs and methods of cooking the food. Her home setting was also very beautiful with her own rice field and it was lovely to make some flower offerings and eat some breakfast we had brought from the market with some drinks they had prepared before starting to cook lunch . The actual food was so delicious and anmazing intro to Ubud cooking and they were accomodating of my friend with a peanut allergy too!

Incredible Value and Fun Experience - Wonderful experience, from visiting the market, to cooking a delicious meal, to being given the recipe booklet to bring home. Wayan was amazing and I enjoyed every minute! I can’t believe how many dishes we made and how delicious they all were!

Best cooking class I’ve taken! - If you’re looking for a cooking class while in Bali, look no further! This half day class was one of the highlights of my month-long trip. Exploring the market was such a blast, and I really appreciated learning more about the meaning behind the offering/how to make it. I couldn’t believe all of the amazing dishes we were able to prepare in only few hours (but nothing felt rushed). Wayan was such an incredible teacher and she was so much fun to spend time with. I will come back next time I’m in Bali for sure!

A great cooking class. Don’t miss it. - From the hotel pick up to end, this was a tour well worth doing. The class was both informative and fun. We were placed opposite our partners and took turns being instructed by our great chef. All our food was placed on the large table and we feasted on our efforts. I thoroughly recommend this trip to Ubud. Thanks, Bev and Ann

Great experience! - Wow! What an amazing experience to kick start our trip in Bali.
We were picked up from our hotel, take to a local market and shown the most amazing ingredients by a wonderful guide who allowed us to try unknown foods if we wanted.
We then got back in the car and headed to the kitchen set in beautiful scenery. The welcome drink and snack were great and then the cooking began!
We cooked so many wonderful dishes, using wonderful skills, all supported by the funny, warm and informative staff.
At the end of the class we got to sit and eat all that we have created and were given a recipe book to try and recreate at home! Perfect!

Highly recommend, one of the highlights of Bali trip - Absolutely amazing experience - couldn't fault a single thing!! Pick up was really simple, with great contact beforehand. I have a peanut allergy and so was a bit nervous, but I had no need, the team were really careful and explained everything. And the food we cooked!!! My god, it was PERFECTION!! I'm an awful cook and I somehow managed to make several delicious Balinese dishes with their great instruction. You also get a recipe book at the end, with the team providing substitute ingredients that you can find back home.

Choose this cooking class - Loved this. Going to the local markets and then back to prepare and cook nine dishes was a fantastic experience. I was very lucky that two groups cancelled so I had the whole cooking class experience to myself - and Wayan made me feel like a VIP Masterchef! She is very knowledgeable and patient. I was just in awe of how simple ingredients became this feast for one. Definitely would do this again and with Wayan. The highlight for me was the sacred/secret sauce and satay sauce that I now know how to make and have the recipes for. Highly recommend.

Perfect way to spend a morning - What a wonderful way to not only spend a morning but getting immersed into the local food, traditions and meet the wonderful owners of the cooking school. There was a young couple with two young girls and they absolutely loved it as well. Highly recommend this experience

Excellent cultural experience - It took me a long time to settle on the perfectly cooking class. And this hit the mark. The host was fantastic. She was smart and witty and knows her food! It was a small number of guests, so we had personal attention. We cooked many local dishes and were able to eat them all up. We also learned to make an offering, which was very enlightening.
