Nice day cycling tour in ubud - The driver picked us up at our location and took us to the guide. We are very fortunate because across the street there is a Balinese wedding ritual, a bicycle is measured and a helmet has been installed, we have not been cycling for decades, but this is very good to do in Bali. The view is very very beautiful and the guide is friendly and polite and stops to explain some. Overall this event is very entertaining us and after lunch

A great way to see Bali - Great way for our family to experience the real Bali, away from all the tourists and hustle and bustle. Easy, gentle, downhill ride through beautiful villages, rice fields etc. Our guide was lovely and very attentive. We had traditional breakfast and lunch in family run cooking school (we didn’t cook but were served tasty Balinese food). We stopped in at coffee plantation for tasting, went into a school and family home. Highly recommend for a taste of Bali. Thank you 🙏🦋

Bike ride through the beautiful rice fields - Fantastic trip and certainly not exhausting. The only thing is you keep braking. After breakfast cycled through a beautiful landscape with a Guide who could tell a lot about it. Been to a Balinese family inside. Watched in a primary school. Lunch after the ride.

Great downhill bike tour! - It was very easy and relaxed. Also for an eight year old no problem. A bit more off road would be nice. The lunch and breakfast were great, best Indonesian food we had so far!! Lovely staff. The guides were nice, very enthousiastic, good english! Thank you! . One thing I did not like. There was a stop to see a local house. Really nice. I would prefer to pay more so the family becomes a standard fee from the bike organisation. Now children had to sell stuff to us. This is not how it should be when they are part of the tour. Please change that!!

Great way to learn about everyday Balinese life - This was an excellent tour, the guides were very friendly and freely shared their knowledge about the Balinese way of life, it really gave you an insight into everyday life of Balinese people. The down hill part of the tour was really that, virtually all down hill so very easy and great fun flying down the hills if you so wish. The tour ran like a well oiled machine, very organised, everyone was very friendly and the lunch was delicious. Thank you :-)

Downhill Fun - The school kids were gorgeous, the lunch was delicious, coffee tasting was awesome, guide was lovely, The only negative was not having bike helmets supplied and bikes could do with a bit of maintenance, however value for money it was top notch.

Communication poor but tour good. - Initial problems with the meeting point. The location given on purchasing was the Ubud temple. This changed the day before the tour with no explanation. The map reference to the meeting point was a cooking school in Ubud. All very confusing. I tried to call the tour operator on the day to get our driver to speak to them to confirm the address and they would not answer multiple calls. So communications were terrible. Updates on netting point poor and explanation not given. Once on the tour it was excellent!

Wonderful tour possibly some safety concerns - I booked this trip for my daughter and two adult members of my group (I lead tours) and one of their children also age 12. Positives, everyone agreed that this was a fantastic trip… A really great insight into rural life in Bali and really lovely. The guide was friendly and everyone really enjoyed it. The negatives however were of concern to me. I have tried to have a discussion with the company about this, and my concerns have not really been answered. During the tour, my daughter had quite a bad fall. She was very lucky and was just very bruised, but the adult that was with her as responsible is an advanced nurse practitioner and she told me that my daughter was extremely lucky to not have been very seriously injured. It came about because she wasn’t as an experienced rider as the other child in front of her as . He’s the same age and she followed him down a very steep slope which needed to end with a very sharp left hand turn . She didn’t break properly and went over her handlebars, not breaking properly down this slope and came to a rest with her bike on top of her and her head hanging over a cliff. We don’t really know what was below the cliff, but it was very steep jungle cutting ,probably rocky… it wouldn’t have been a good outcome if she had fallen down it. She did make an error and the tour company pointed that out to me as part of their response. Eight people were fine but she was not. The people behind her fine because they saw what happened and stopped and walked down. The tour guide rushed back to her and they untangled her. She was really entangled with her bike and she chose to continue, which was, her adult in charge thought, was the right thing to do, and I agree. This nurse also said to me that the quality of the helmets is not suitable. They are not in very good condition and they should be replaced. The bikes are in okay condition. But they only had one size of bike and adjusted the seat and handlebars to fit. All in all my main concern is the outrageously unfriendly communications from the staff almost both before and after. She messaged me to tell me that my daughter wanted to come home via Taxi, but failed to tell me that she’d had a fall. I had a trusted adult in charge of her anyway, but the communications from then on were very unfriendly and spiky. Prior to the tour, I had been asking questions in Indonesian, which I speak reasonably fluently and she ignored my Indonesian and responded in rubbish English. This left me with a poor info and unanswered questions, and I kept having to repeat the question over and over again. I eventually got some kind of remorseful response, but it took far too long to come and I don’t feel that the company were prepared to learn from the experience. My daughter is 12 and the size of an adult. She watched someone very experienced do something and wrongly felt that she could do it too. I felt it needed a more stringent warning from the guide, perhaps.

Good but could be better - The people running the tour were lovely and the food good. The quality of the bikes was average and the knowledge of the tour leader was poor. It could have been a lot better.
