Embark on a unique Bali coffee journey and experience the legacy of a three-generation coffee farming family. Discover the secrets of coffee farming, roasting, and running a coffee business while enjoying the rich flavors of Bali coffee.
Participants will be taken to a coffee plantation in Kintamani, traditionally managed by the village. They will walk around the plantation to observe various activities and actively participate in each one, gaining valuable knowledge. The experience begins with harvesting (seasonal), followed by coffee processing, sorting, and roasting using traditional equipment. Participants will then grind, brew, taste, and package the coffee. At the end of the process, they will enjoy the final product and take home a package of the coffee. Afterward, lunch will be served at a restaurant with a view of Lake and Mount Batur Caldera.
Next, participants will visit a Luwak coffee (civet) farm to learn about Luwak coffee production from the farmers. They will discover the secrets behind the world’s most expensive coffee and enjoy ample coffee tasting opportunities.
