If you want a customised 10/10 private tour with a super friendly tour guide/driver then look no further! - Booked this trip last minute as we were in Ubud for 2 days and wanted to make sure we had the chance to visit as many hotspots as possible with the limited time. And yes yes we finished the tour absolutely satisfied.
Our driver was COCO! He was absolutely amazing. In the morning we were a little late getting up and was panicking but Coco reassured us and said that he was outside waiting for us and we didn't need to rush.
He was super friendly and rearranged the itinerary to suit us. He also made sure we were able to fit in a lunch as we hadn’t managed to eat beforehand. Which was sweet.
He heard me and my friend saying that we really wanted to visit the elephant safari (which isn’t a part of itinerary) and how sad we were that we wouldn’t have enough time to do it as we were leaving Ubud the following day. Coco called his boss and shuffled some things so we could go see the elephants. Best experience ever!! So absolutely delighted, honestly thank you. ❤️❤️

I wish there were more than 5 stars! - I wish there were more than 5 stars! Our trip was great! Dono (our tour leader) shared a lot of information, answered every question the 5 of us thought of, and took pictures throughout so that all of us could be in the picture without the selfie arm!! He took lots of great pictures and let us go at our own pace. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy all stops at our leisure. Our youngest son was also celebrating a birthday and Dono took it upon himself to let the waitress know at our lunch stop. The staff came out and sang happy birthday to him and gave him another fun memory to remember his day. If you book this, request Dono! You will have a day to remember beautiful Bali by!

GOOD DRIVER.. NO WORRIES!! - We've a good driver BALLON from Bal Sun Tour.. originally booked him only 10hr for our 1st day in bali (from airport to Ubud). His good service rendered leads us continued him for another 2day more, prior send us to our last destination Uluwatu.
After pick up airport, Ballon took us to a nice morning bali coffee breakfast & helped re-route our original itniteries to make it more time saving on road. With his re-plan, we can have time to go Mount Batur which originally not planned in thinking our 3D2N in Ubud time not allow.
With him around, A RELAXING & ENJOYABLE STAYS... no worries!!

We went to the Bali swing, the temple, the fountain, coffee making and rice fields. Still smiling at such a lovely day. - I would like to say that Wayan was amazing today on our tourist guide. He was very knowledgeable about the culture and how Bali people live. He was very polite. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again on our holiday in Bali.

Excellent guide - Very good activity that allowed us to visit and discover the region in all its splendor. We were planning to visit its sites on our side independently, we could never have done all this in a day without our dear guide Nyoman, we were able to benefit from his precious advice, very warm and careful since the beginning, his patience and his wisdom we are well marked, very good continuation and the pleasure of seeing it again.

Great coffee tour and stunning swing. MUST GO!! - Our private driver suggested here for coffee and the swing. And we had a great experience doing both.
We first went through how the coffee is made and was able to have a go an grinding the coffee beans.
Next stop was the swing. With various options but reasonable priced. I opted to hire a dress for the photos too but again this wasn’t expensive and made all the difference to the photos. Our guide too pics and videos on my phone so no extra cost there.
Lastly we had free coffee samples and paid for a lewak coffee as it’s special to Bali.
We had a great couple of hours here. And would highly recommend going.

Nick is the best - NICK was the best guide, really happy and smiley! Overall a good vibe but a very touristy place. All the reviews suggested the price levels are good - which we can’t disagree but not the top notch gourmet experience.

wonderful driver, company needs organization - We had a wonderful day with the best driver! He clearly knows all the roads and the sites well, and was able to customize the day based on our preferences. He was always right outside each stop whenever we were ready to leave, with a fully air conditioned car and a smile. Working with him was a delight.
However, I found the management company to lack organization.
When I booked this tour on TripAdvisor, my hotel was not listed as a pick up option. I immediately emailed them asking to confirm, and had to follow up before I got a response. The day prior to the tour I asked to change the start time from 8AM to 9AM (since it was a private tour) and no one responded to my WhatsApp texts or multiple emails.
The morning of the tour I got a call at 7:56AM (4 minutes before our supposed start time) saying they'd arrive at 9AM, and then another call directly after saying the driver was in the lobby...and ANOTHER call at 10AM saying the driver was in the lobby, even though we'd left with the first driver who arrived at 8AM.
Thankfully once we were in the car we had no troubles, but a bit of communication from them ahead of time would have helped substantially.
