A definite must - Visited the rock to see the apes After being asked repeatedly by the guys on main street we decided to go on our own,as only wanted to see the apes. It was £19 return for the cable car...if you wanted to go into the nature reserve it was an extra£30...we didn't as there were enough to see from where you got dropped off...the views were stunning and £19 well spent in my opinion....we got there around 11 and only waited around 5 mins,so I would say go early....as when we came down at130 it was quite busy....remember there are only 2 cable cars.....a definite must...

Gibraltar rock tour - The tour itself was excellent and informative. As a history buff, I enjoyed the snippets of war history, some people might find it boring but I loved all the information and could have done with more! Be advised, this tour doesn't take you all the way to the top of the rock, if that's your intention. I would have rated it 5 stars except for the directions to the meeting point and ability to communicate with the tour guides in case of emergency. The address in TripAdvisor was generic and ended at a roundabout with no safe place to wait. After several attempts to use the TripAdvisor chat funtion and also call the contact number we got a call from them with directions to the pickup van. Thankfully we had given ourselves plenty of extra time. Recommend providing a WhatsApp phone number that can be used on the day of the tour. Also update directions to get people straight to the parking garage meeting point.

Good tour to see the cave and monkeys - The cave is amazing. The green screen photos are cheesy but you don’t have to buy them. We saw monkeys outside the cave which the kids loved. Nice lookout and info about Gibraltar. Worth doing.

Gibraltar overview tour- check meet up address - The driver was very nice and pointed out the highlights! But make sure you know that trip advisor has an address that is not correct. It is 3 Queens Way, and meeting place is the 2nd floor of garage. Not bottom floor where there are many motor coaches. It’s a van so you can travel the very windy streets to visit key highlights. Others on the bus had a similar difficult time locating the van. Plus if you drive to the meeting place only parking is on the 6th floor of garage.

Too expensive for 20 minutes visit - We loved our driver Clife. We give it 5/5. What we liked less is that it's very expensive for barely 20 minutes to visit the cave and see the monkeys (both combined). Besides, we thought we were going somewhere to walk to see the monkeys. The reality is that the monkeys were outside the cave where the canteen, and there were only 3... For the price, it really wasn't worth it. It was really too expensive.

Overpriced. 9am departure supposedly. Eventually returned to Seville at 8.45. Comedy of errors - Poor communication from company right from the start. Bus late. Guide late. 6 hours in the bus. Most of the day spent ‘free time’. Horrid expensive shops, crowds, expensive poor food. No one knew how the day would unfold. Finally a visit to the cave. Saw 4 monkeys next to the bus and a 5 minute stop for photos. 45 minutes on the rock only. $600AUD for two ludicrous

Don't Forget Your Passport!!! And Your Patience!!! - Well ... actually we never got there! We did not have our US passports in hand so we had to turn back. But, even getting up to the security checkpoint was a complete jam-up of cars. Absolute chaos. So, with clouds covering half the rock and the extra hour we waited in traffic trying to gain access, we were just as happy to say Hasta Luego! Another time ... perhaps.
