Highly recommend - The views were amazing. And it’s so rewarding to say that you walked up the rock of Gibraltar vs driving up. Stephen was an amazing guide. He provided historical, political and geographical insights that were really interesting

Wonderful experience of Gibraltar - Our guide Stephen is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our family group (couple mid 50s and kids mid 20s) really enjoyed the whole day. The Mediterranean Steps were challenging but well worth the effort. The tour by foot provides you with a much better experience and understanding of the challenges of its history.

Fantastic way to see Gibraltar - Stephen is an excellent guide so knowledgeable. I was slower than the rest of the group and worried I held everyone up but everyone was so patient and friendly. Highlight was the monkey helping himself to ice cream from shop freezer and having the decency to close the door after! Stephen offers which route to take to the top. It is quite a challenge but so worth it when you reach the top. This was definitely the highlight of our trip and we highly recommend. Thanks Stephen it was a pleasure to meet you Sarah and Graham

Not to be missed - Fantastic tour with Stephen, giving us a potted history of the island. Beautiful views from the Mediterranean Steps. We were given the easy or challenging choice and we chose the latter which was absolutely worth it. Overcast day which worked in our favour as there is little shade. We were fortunate to see plenty of monkeys, several baby ones too. Lots of short rest stops which are definitely needed at times. St Michael’s cave is stunning, you need to see it to believe it. Also walked the suspension bridge and skywalk. The WW2 tunnels are enormous and currently being turned into an exhibition which I’m sure will continue to grow. Finish up passing the Moorish Castle and back into the city. Over 20,000 steps and we enjoyed every one.

Fantastic Tour! - It was an amazing tour all the way up to the big rock and guns at the military installation. The view at every stop was mesmerizing. Even though some of us were a little slow but we worked as a team. Stephen is a history guru and very accommodating. The cave part was very colorful and refreshing. There is a restaurant and a store where you can refuel your tanks (soft drinks, even beer). We made it right back on time to our ship. Thank you again.

A wonderful, informative tour with a knowledgable guide. - Thank you Stephen for a fantastic tour and for your patience. We opted to climb the Mediterranean Steps and it was really worthwhile as the views were tremendous. We could have walked up the road but we are so glad we didn't. Although I was slow climbing (I am 75) Stephen was very kind and encouraging. His knowledge of the history of the upper rock and Gibraltar itself was excellent and we learned a lot which enhanced our stay. I cannot recommend this tour more highly, it is really worth doing!

5 Stars is not Enough! - Stephen…is a truly outstanding guide and gracious person…you will not go wrong in choosing him to your guide on “The Rock”!! From our first contact with him to discuss our group of 8 persons wishes to recommending a dinner location in the City Center after we finished—he was very attentive our requests. He took the interests in discussing with us the group ability and desires to see the different sites. He also tailored our pace and activities to match…it was a perfect day. He took us into the unique places away from the crowds pointed out the beautiful views and willing to answer our our diverse questions. This is the only way to see this historical site is with his knowledge and personal touch…it will form a wonderful memory for life!

Uphill walk of Gibralter! - We stopped with the cruise ship for this excursion. It was a 25 min walk to the meeting point which google maps helped with. The meeting point could have been identified better(even a sign) b/c its at the bottom of a stairs. The tour guide met us 10 min later bc we were early. He was wonderful with so much knowledge . It is a wonderful but uphill walk to the top . Lots of history was told and monkeys to see . You need to be able to walk uphill well which we had no problem with and then go downhill. We loved the excursion !! Bathrooms were at the top with a store which sold refreshments . He led us down and towards the cruise ship and we had plenty of time . Thanks for excursion!
