Great places, great guide - Pauline, our guide, was really good and professional. All three places were gorgeous. If one wants to visit the Dali Theatre Museum in Figueres, make sure you online purchase a 1pm ticket in advance. We have around 1.45 hours to see the museum. Check out the Museum app to help navigate in the multi storey museum.

Great day in Girona or Gerona, you decide! - Our trip started at the bus depot in Barcelona, heading to our first stop, Girona, where we crossed the first bridge into the town from the parking lot as we walked through a charming flea market of vendors. We stood within the medieval city walls and began our tour, where we saw Basilica of Sant Feliu, Girona's first cathedral (until the 10th century) is one of the most representative Gothic buildings in the city due to its bell tower, Sant Pere de Galligants, the Moorish bath and the colorful houses at the Riu Onyar. Lastly, we crossed the red Peixateries-Velles Bridge. After that, we hopped on our limo (bus) of the day and was driven to Figueres, while there was not much to do, being the Dali museum was the best thing to do while in Figueres. The Dali Museum was a great experience. His art is grandiose and complex, using the surrealist movement of the art of the time that he was creating, commenting on the concerns of the people of the time. Our tour guide, Flavian was excellent, patient in giving us the time to explore on our own and feeling free to ask questions throughout the tour. Our final stop was to Cadaques, a small but charming coastal province in Girona. We walked the town from one end to the other end of the coast, we watched people sunbathe, children attempting to stay standing against the tide and having some of the best sangria and fries at the Maritim Bar 1935.

Day Trip - The sites we visited were amazing. Girona is a beautiful town and Cadaqués is breath taking. Important - before you go on the trip, book tickets to Salvador Dali Museum in Figueres, it is very interesting and it's basically the almost only way to enjoy this point in the trip. Most importantly, our guide Flavia was so enthusiastic, informative and had good vibes. She helped us with suggestions for where to go on the sites and answered every question.

Do NOT Book!!! They lied and said I never arrived. - Do Not Book!! I had called ahead and informed them I may be a few minutes late. I arrived at 8:33 am (arrival is at 8:30am). Upon arrival, I informed the tour guide I was present. She only asked for my name - did not ask to see my ticket. I was told I had 2 minutes to use the restroom. I was gone less than 2 minutes and the tour guide/bus left without me. The bus was not even there yet when I arrived. I contacted the tour company Buendia. They were no help - only said I could find my own way to Girona to meet them. They told me to contact Viator for a refund. Contacted Viator - the tour company lied and said I never arrived and they waited for me. They have no actual check in process to confirm that I arrived. They do not scan your ticket - so they have no idea who is even on the bus. I learned afterwards that when the bus arrives - they have everyone get on quickly because they park in the taxi area and are not legally allowed to park there. All other tour buses are parked in a lot and actually scan your ticket to ensure you are supposed to be on their bus. Here is Viator’s denial for my refund request: Please be advise that as per our local tour operator you reach out to them saying that you will be arriving late. They told you that they can wait for you for a few moments as a courtesy. They waited for about 10 minutes, afterwards, you went to comfort room without letting them know. As the authorities instructed them to free the space they proceed with the departure.
