We’re heading to Figueres to admire the singular Salvador Dalí Theater-Museum, home to an extensive collection of this artist’s remarkable pieces. We’ll then proceed to Besalú, a living representation of Catalonia’s medieval history. Situated in La Garrotxa region, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the breathtaking sceneries of La Garrotxa’s Natural Park and the eastern slopes of the Pyrenees in Girona.
We’ll explore the city’s heart, brimming with lanes and historical façades that showcase its medieval roots. Throughout the tour, we’ll drop by ecclesiastic landmarks such as the churches of Sant Pere, Santa María, and Sant Vicenç.
Subsequently, we’ll pay a visit to the 12th century Arab baths in Girona, located within the Capuchin convent.
