Amazing day- Ask for Wael Kamouna - Only have 3 nights in Cairo and the pyramids were a must. We booked 2 days before our visit. From the moment our tour guide met us it was perfect. He was prompt. The day started at Giza Pyramids and finished at Sakara. We weren’t rushed, we were taken to amazing photo spots and having a 14 yrs old and 12 year old engaged for the whole day was brilliant. Wael was knowledgable about the sites but even though we had read about the sites his knowledge just added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent tour guide - Ask for Amany. She was our guide - enthusiastic, fun and proud to show us the history of Egypt from Ancient times to today. Her tour is packed with useful interesting information on both the history of Egypt and life in Egypt today. Fascinating. She laughs a lot - which makes the tour a blast.

If you only have two days in Cairo, this is the tour to take. - Great experience! We came to Cairo for two days after our diving vacation in Sharm El Sheik and we wanted to see the main things in Cairo. If you only have two days in Cairo, this is the tour to take. Our guide, Rania was a lovely lady who made sure we enjoyed every moment of our tour. She was wonderful and understanding with our kid. The tour itself it's pretty comprehensive and takes two full days, which can be tiring especially for the kids but on completion we felt we got a good understanding of the city and it's history. Rania was very knowledgeable and accommodating. On the first day we wanted to change a bit our schedule and our guide and the company were very helpful and eager to assist and change the schedule for us. We felt very safe, always traveling with the AC van and our guide. We really enjoyed the tour!

Fatma -The best tour guide ever! - My family and I did the private 2 day family tour with Fatma! Let me just start off by saying she is AMAZING and made our entire trip so much more memorable! She knows her history of EVERYTHING and took her time to explain the history of everything. Not only that, but she was so patient with our family and our kids, even offering to help with my 5 year old - playing and keeping an eye on her for us! In addition, she took the most amazing photos of our family! If you want to experience the beauty and amazing history of Cairo, then this company and Fatma is the one to choose. You get amazing personalized time, great food and reliable transportation. The driver was also so patient with us and literally stopped anywhere that we wanted to see. If I could I would rate this 10 stars!

A Great, Flexible Tour - This was our first visit to Cairo, and although we were short on time we wanted to make sure we got to see the highlights. This tour was perfect for that. There were 6 of us (4 kids, ages 11 to 14) and we fit very comfortably with room to spare in the clean van provided. The guide was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and spoke perfect English. Below are the specifics of what our tour included. Day 1-- We started off with a long drive from our hotel in Cairo towards Dahshur. This gave us time to chat with our guide and make a quick pit stop for drinks and chips. At Dahshur, we got to see the Bent Pyramid, the Meidum pyramid (from a distance), and the Red Pyramid. A trip inside the Red Pyramid was included and it was amazing. After Dahshur, the rest of the day is a slow progression back towards Cairo so the longest drive is over with. At Saqqara, we saw the Step Pyramid and our first hieroglyphs in the tombs surrounding it. On our way to Giza, we stopped at a carpet school to witness the art of handmade rug-making. After nice lunch in a cafe (drinks are not included), the climax of the day came as we saw the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx at Giza. We opted not to tour inside the Great Pyramid (extra) but the option was made available. After a short camel ride, we found ourselves at an essential oil shop followed by a papyrus shop. Each offered fun demonstrations followed by pressured sales pitches. It's easy to say no, but just be ready for it. It was all good quality merchandise, but it can be found a little cheaper elsewhere if you feel like searching. Day 2-- We were exhausted from the first day so we asked to start a little later on the second day so we could sleep in, and the guide was very accommodating. This day was much more relaxed. We visited the Egyptian Museum, the Saladin Citadel of Cairo, Saint Virgin Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church (the Hanging Church), Ben Ezra Synagogue, St Sergius and St Bacchus Church (with the cave where the Holy Family rested after their escape from Bethlehem), and Masjid Amr Ibn El Aas mosque. Of course lunch was provided again, and it was very similar to the one from the day before. We ended our day with some shopping at the Khan el-Khalili bazaar. The guide was very helpful here, explaining what things were, helping with the bargaining process, and guiding us to our expressed likes. We were very satisfied with the tour and highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Activity - The Tour Guide was Amazing! - I was a solo traveler, making a stop in Cairo, before continuing to Sharm El Sheikh. Decided to book this 2 day tour because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint. Fatma was my Tour Guide and Ahmed our Driver. We had so much fun, they were very patient and accommodating, Fatma had extensive knowledge of the City, Culture and Monuments. They made me feel like we have been friends for years. Cairo was truly an amazing trip, very safe, filled with good people and history. I have no doubt that Fatma and Ahmed excellent attention made things a hundred times better. I would give them 10 starts if I could. If you're in Cairo looking for a tour, ask this guys and look for Fatma, you wont regret it.

Nice Tour - Our tour guide Madhat was nice, informative, and friendly. He seemed to have a grasp of Egyptain history although the language barrier (he did speak English) made it difficult to understand him. He had a hurt leg but never stopped to complain. He took us to several places to shop that his friends worked at in order to get us a good deal. I would recommend him again. As far as sites itself, they were amazing. The camel ride was supposed to be 30 minutes but only lasted 15 minutes but that was not under the the tour guide's control. What the tour didn't say was that you couldn't get close to the Spinx without an additional entrance fee which the tour did not specify. It only mentioned the extra fee to go inside the pyramid and into the mummy room at the Egyptian Museum. When we were in Memphis we went inside the small museum but had to pay 150 pounds per person that the tour details did not mention as well. Overall we would do this tour again.

Flexible and knowledgable tour guide - We enjoyed this 2 day tour of the Cairo city and old structures. Our tour guide, Mohammad, was knowledgable, helpful, and very flexible. Pros: - We were not feeling well for the 2 days of the tour. Mohammad showed great flexibility in re-arranging the tour to suit our needs. He even went to the pharmacy with us to help us get medicine! - As a guide for 9+ years, he was very knowledgable about all the sites. He knew how to quickly get us in and out of various places - Our driver was awesome and made for a smooth ride despite crazy traffic! - We felt our dietary needs were well taken care of. Cons: - When visiting some of the pyramids, our guide didn't have as much information to share. We ended up eavesdropping on another guide to get the history - He was pretty tired on the second day and fell asleep/chose to stay in the car rather than walk around with us through the sites. - He was pushy at times like rushing us through meals and through some of the sites
