The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - The Egyptian Museum houses over 250,000 artifacts, showcasing a rare collection of Egyptian art spanning over 5,000 years. It includes the Tutankhamen room, filled with treasures, jewelry, and gold that were sealed in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in 1920.
Cairo Citadel - Visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, built by Salah El Din on the Moqattam hills in 1183 AD to protect Cairo from Crusader armies. Then, explore the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, designed by Turkish architect Yousif Boushnaq, who came from Istanbul to construct this magnificent mosque for Mohamed Ali, Egypt’s ruler from 1805-1849.
Coptic Cairo - Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church (Church of the Virgin Mary), Abu Sirga Church, and the Synagogue.

3: A Day Trip from Cairo to Alexandria.
Set off to Alexandria where we begin with a tour of the library of Alexandria, the world’s largest library presently. Follow up with the Roman Amphitheater of Alexandria that exhibits submerged antiquities. Then, we head to the city’s biggest mosque - the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, before ending at the Montaza Gardens.
