Tour of Saqqarah, Memphis and the Pyramids of Giza - Yasser was our Guide on the Saqqarah, Memphis and Giza Pyramids route. He's a smiling person with a good grasp of his subject. The tour was pleasant, and we were several times separated from the endless crowd of tourists thanks to his little tricks. Only small downside, if you take the meal option of the tour, you will be taken to a place 100% touristic.

Once in a lifetime experience - Had a great time in Cairo mainly because of Yassir. He is so knowledgeable, kind and experience in Egyptology. My husband and I love everything about ancient Egypt and was super excited to experience the pyramids and Sakkara in person, we had tons of questions and Yassir answered every single question. For an experience of a life time, I would highly recommend Yassir and his tours. Learnt so many things and truly once in a lifetime experience

The Jewel of the Nile - If you are looking for the total package you should definitely book a tour with Yassir. I was fortunate enough to have not one but two great days with this awesome tour guide. He has a wealth of knowledge and can captivate an audience of any size with his story telling abilities. P.S Ask him to take you to the secret tomb in Sakkara that will blow you away!

A perfect day at the pyramids! - Yasser is an excellent guide. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic day, and what he doesn’t know about Ancient Egypt simply isn’t worth knowing! He is warm and kind and his passion for Egyptology shines through. He really did go the extra mile to ensure we had the best day and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a guide in Egypt! He was even kind enough to recommend us some museums to visit the next day. Thank you Yasser :)

Enlightening and fascinating, the best guide I have ever had - I came to Cairo ready to learn everything I could about the history and architecture of Ancient Egypt, and Yasser did not disappoint. Having traveled a fair bit and had a few different guides, I can say Yasser was hands down the best I've met and I cannot wait to return to Egypt to travel and learn more with him. He accommodated all of my requests and went above and beyond, taking me to a few bonus spots with the extra time. Yasser has an incredible amount of knowledge about the dynasties and pharaohs of Ancient Egypt, the chronology and major events that took place, the architecture, and the way people lived. He answered all of my questions, while giving me the tidbits needed to think of a hundred more. We didn't read from plaques or guidebooks, but rather read the monuments as the Egyptians intended. Yasser's knowledge of hieroglyphs and symbology was most impressive, and I came away with a depth of understanding that I highly doubt most tourists will get. Exploring the Great Pyramid from the inside and riding a camel was of course fun, but Yasser showed me the inside of the Pyramid of Unas as well, a very underrated experience without any other tourists that I thought was actually the most beautiful interior of any of the buildings we visited. Yasser knows all the best spots and most interesting things to see, even if they are out of the way. I walked away from the experience with my curiosity satiated (for the time being) and with a great deal to reflect on. Yasser told me that one of the key concepts of Ancient Egypt is "eternity" since they wanted to prepare their souls for eternal afterlife and they wanted their buildings and monuments to be permanent. I can safely say that I will remember this experience for an eternity, and I hope to be back very soon

Two days in Cairo full of unforgettable moments and conversations with Yasser - Yasser was recommended to me by a colleague. I spent a few days in Alexandria on business and then added 2 private days in Cairo. We planned the programme for both days in advance via WhatsApp. Yasser catered to all my wishes. As I have been interested in Egyptian culture since I was a child, it was a particular pleasure that Yasser, as a qualified Egyptologist, has such extensive knowledge and was able to show me many things off the beaten track. It was also obviously a lot of fun for him to delve deeper into certain areas with me - as far as my previous knowledge allowed! On the first day, Memphis, Sakara and the pyramids were on the agenda. Starting with the foundation of the Old Kingdom, we looked at many aspects and I was able to ask all the questions I could think of. As it was a solo trip, it was of course a bit exhausting for me at times. But when my head was spinning from all the information, Yasser always gave me the opportunity to let what I had just experienced sink in. At the end of the first day, I was very exhausted, but completely satisfied and full of anticipation for day 2. On the second day, we first visited the Egyptian Museum. This proved once again that it was THE RIGHT decision to book a solo trip! We focussed on the most important exhibits, some of which I wouldn't have noticed if Yasser hadn't pointed them out to me with his in-depth knowledge. Sometimes we stood in front of exciting exhibits that were given little or no attention by the normal guided tours. Then we went to the Museum of Civilisation, where the mummies can now be viewed in chronological order in a really great and amazing way Definitely worth a visit!!! The museum also offers a comprehensive overview of 13,000 years of Egyptian civilisation. From the Stone Age to the 19th century. We then turned our attention to the religious sites in Cairo. The Hanging Coptic Church, the Chamber of Je sus, where, according to tradition, Mary, Joseph and Jesus lived for a time after fleeing from Israel, the synagogue and - as a real highlight at the end - the citadel with its truly impressive mosque! Here, too, Jassir was able to come up with lots of exciting stories and background information. Conclusion: If you are looking for a truly personal experience and want to delve deeper into Egyptian history: Yasser is your man! My next business trip to Egypt is probably planned for the autumn. Then I will definitely contact Yasser again and immerse myself further in this fascinating culture with him! The two days were absolutely worth every cent!!! Oh yes! From an organisational point of view, everything was great too! Full marks from me in this respect too :-)

The BEST Tour Guide EVER!!!! - I came to Egypt with a plan of seeing the majestic places. But the very best thing that happened was when I had Yasser as my guide. He gave me overloaded of information about each place we visit. I enjoyed it. The next day, I decided to book another guided tour but made sure that the guide was him. He made me experience what tourists should experience and gave me time to do what the locals do. Bringing me to places where locals live and sit and observe. This is gonna be one of my most unforgettable experience. I recommend you guys to pick this man to be besde you as you explore Egypt, from North to South. Salute! and thank you Yasser. Long live to you.

The Best Egyptologist in Cairo - Yasser Abdeighanni was our guide for a day trip from Cairo to Alexandria in mid-November this year. What a wealth of knowledge this man has! Add that to a warm and generous person, and you feel like you have won the lottery for tour guides. It turns out that he can take you anywhere you would want to go and show you places and teach you about Egypt's history, culture, traditions and religions that you didn't even realize you wanted to know. My fellow travelers enjoyed him so much we hired him to show us Khan El Khalili Bazaar and El Moaz Street, what an experience that was! When it was time for us to leave Egypt and travel to Jordan, Yasser made the arrangements for us with the help of associates in Amman. We know how lucky we were when the stars aligned and Yasser became our "go-to" guy. We highly recommend Yasser and so glad we met him.

A day with Yasser - Wow what can I say.. Yasser was absolutely 💯 amazing. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about history and the area. Our tour took us to Memphis, sakari and giza.. with a traditional lunch.. the perfume shop and carpet weaving( somewhere out there is a carpet with a line of weave that I did) were also amazing. Camel ride round Giza pyramids is a must. The whole day was just so informative and by the end we all felt Yassers passion. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely go back
