A perfect day with all the best sites! - When searching for a tour of the top sites in Egypt, it’s easy to be overwhelmed, but I am so thankful we found this tour! Our guide, Karam, was prompt and arranged all the details in advance. Everything was clear, clean, and most importantly, I felt extremely safe with 2 children along.
Karam’s English was clear and easy to understand, but his depth of knowledge and his passion for Egyptian history was so impressive and drew us all in. We had a very full day, the Giza pyramids, camel ride, Sphinx, lunch, jewelry shop, papyrus shop, Memphis, Saqqara, Carpet school, and ATV riding in the desert.
Each stop had opportunities to buy, but through they do their sales jobs well, there is no obligation to buy. The Carpet school was my favorite shop, as the profits directly benefit the artisans, and their work is absolutely stunning.
Overall, Karam and Sami, our driver, made our day unforgettable and a highlight of our trip. Choose this tour, you won’t regret it!

Amazing Tour in One Day - No Regrets!!!! - This is a great Tour and I highly recommend. Communication with our tour guide (Karam) was excellent. We provided our details in advance of our trip and they had them down from then forward. We met at 8am at our hotel and set off for the Giza pyramid complex. Excellent information was shared and Karam did an excellent job of navigating the crowds for some amazing pictures. Karam also knew all the right angles for excellent memory making photos.
After the great pyramids we moved on to the camel ride. There was an opportunity to purchase head scarfs made of Egyptian cotton (maybe a little bit pricey, but great quality). The scarfs are needed for both the camel ride and later the ATV ride to keep the dust out of your hair and off your face. Be sure to wear sunglasses as well. We then rode Bedouin camels to the Sphinx (our Bedouin guide called it the “Sphinxus”) and they took great photos along the way. Karam was waiting for us near the Sphinx.
The Sphinx viewing area is a crazy busy madhouse of humanity, but the Sphinx is truly an amazing site to behold and if you’re patient, you can get great pics.
From there we went to lunch at a near by Egyptian restaurant with an amazing view of the Sphinx and the second pyramid.
From here we made stops at a local jewelry shop where they can make you a name cartouche in silver or gold (jewelry store was a non-pushy experience). Then we went to a papyrus factory/shop for a demonstration and a fairly pushy sales pitch (if you have traveled and done tours you know it’s all part of the deal).
From the Papyrus Shop, the tour continued to the Memphis site with great views of the Ramses 2 statue and other sarcophagus and statues.
After Memphis we headed to Saqqara to see the oldest pyramid in Egypt (the step pyramid). This was my second favorite part of the day from a historical perspective. From this site you can see the remains of three pyramids at this location and get a few of about 6 other pyramids in varying states of preservation. This is another amazing site for great pics.
Afterwards we stopped by the Nile School for Countryside Carpets. You tour how the carpets are made and then can shop for beautiful cotton or silk hand made rugs. These are generational quality rugs. Absolutely beautiful.
Then we finished off our tour with ATV (4-wheeler) rides in the desert. This was so much fun. After the ride they dust you off with a blower (very important) and provide a wash closet.
After the ATV rides, we were returned to our hotel. The whole trip went from 8am - 7pm.
Overall this is an amazing tour, well worth the cost for all of the activities and knowledge we learned. Our driver, Sami) was incredibly courteous and we felt very safe. our guide Karam was absolutely amazing and we had a great time.
I mention the jewelry, papyrus & rug factory not as negatives, but so you know what to expect. If I knew we were going to a rug factory I may have spent money differently on the trip, as these were some of the most beautiful rugs I have ever seen.
If you choose this tour with full knowledge of what to expect, you will not be disappointed.

Our day in Giza - My son and I completed the tour with Karam and his driver. He was prompt and the car was clean and well kept. There was small confusion in the beginning with pickup but we were soon on our way. Karam was incredibly knowledgeable on all things Egypt. His English was exceptional and he answered any questions I had. Very friendly. We had a great once in a lifetime day at the pyramids. We did the camel and the Atv. V Nothing like riding in the desert with the pyramids as a backdrop. Everyone was also game and supportive of us taking a million pictures. He also warned us to avoid the tourist traps there. Lunch and lots of water was included. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed this experience. I would highly recommend this experience with Karam. My only complaint is the heat (go early) and the smallish pyramids the women got.

Absolutely fantastic - What an amazing experience! After having experienced crazy drivers, our driver David was absolutely lovely. Calm and safe driving.
Our Egyptologist Honey had a wealth of knowledge, and he was very nice.
I’ve travelled quite a bit, New York, Hawaii, Dubai, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Tunisia, Santorini, Spain, just to name a few. And I always opt for excursions, however I find the guides very pushy, and they kinda guilt trip you into buying things. On this trip they didn’t do that and that’s what made it so good. Also I find food choice to be quite awful but today we had an amazing choice and everything was delicious (we had to pay for our drinks though) I had my 2 children with me aged 21 and 17. They were buzzing after the experience. 1hr on the camel does give you a bit of a sore bottom but it’s worth it. And the quad bikes got our adrenaline going. We had ample opportunities for photos. I’d highly recommend this tour, especially if you can get Honey and David.

Unforgettable experience - must do this tour! - The guide guided us very well. He explained the history of the Egyptian civilization so well. He also warned us about scams that we might come across. He was not only a great guide but also a great photographer. We strongly recommend this tour. We went also to the papyrus and aroma therapy factory. With this tour, one can expect great pictures with the pyramids and camels etc. We had the opportunity to get in one of the pyramids. It was full of different experiences.

A fun filled adventure - We had a really great day on this tour! The tour operator was extremely responsive and willing to make adjustments to meet our needs. I immediately felt like I had their full support and attention when it came to making this tour and our trip work well together. Our guide was extremely upbeat and made it a fun trip. We felt like we were running around on an adventure the entire time but when we wanted to wrap up the day due to some changed changed personal plans on our end our guide was happy to adjust as needed. He also took some really great photos for us! Our driver was also great and timely. Overall we had a really great day on this tour and a great experience with this company.

This is a fantastic tour and our guide, Hisham, made the day extra special by going out of his way to ensure us a great day. He even arranged for an unscheduled stop at a papyrus factory, where we managed to find some beautiful original paintings on papyrus paper which we purchased for our home! A very special day!!
