Guides, transportation, coordination, schedules, recommendations and tips, everything was excellent. I felt very well guided and cared for. The places visited and the time and explanation of each visit was perfect. The transfer, details and guides demonstrate the experience and knowledge of the place and topics. Mamlouk pyramid hotel and tours - The views were incredible. Some amazing pictures. The driver was very kind and knew how to have a laugh. The tour guide was great and made us feel comfortable. The hotel was amazing. We didn’t have the view we were expecting, but we weren’t there much so that didn’t matter. Very comfortable room. Food at the hotel was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Egypt. Omar in the tours team was great at arranging everything. Really appreciated his help.

4 Magical Days in Egypt - We stayed in the Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel for our 4 day trip to introduce our sons to Egypt. The hotel did not disappoint: the staff, especially Mr Reda, and the views of the pyramid, were absolutely amazing. As we were in Egypt for such a short time we wanted to arrange all the tours before we arrived. Gamal was very approachable and responsive to our messages. He listened to what we wanted to do, and also what we didn’t want (eg we didn’t want to visit any papyrus factories etc as we’d done that on a previous visit), and catered for our egg-free vegetarian dietary requirements on the tours. We were so glad to have our itinerary for the 4 days all sorted before we arrived: Day 1 Pyramids and Sphinx Saqqara Step Pyramid and Memphis Day 2 Full day Luxor East and West Bank Day3 Egyptian Museum Citadel and Alabaster Mosque Old Cairo Day 4 Half day Dahshur For our day in Luxor we booked the flights direct via the Egyptair website and Gamal arranged Cairo transfers, and for a guide and driver to meet us at Luxor airport. It was really nice that for all our Cairo tours we had Sara, as our guide, and Agamy, was our driver. Both were very friendly and professional and we got to know each other well over the few days we were together. As we hadn’t mastered the language we weren’t able to have conversations with Agamy but he had such a kind and gentle disposition. Sara was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun, not to mention a great photographer. We really enjoyed Darshur. Old Cairo was fascinating: we weren’t expecting there to be such incredible history associated with the religious quarter. Another great advantage of having a guide and driver was that we got to experience some of the local eateries and not a single funny tummy. Overall, we would definitely recommend Mamlouk Excursions and Sara and Agamy for Cairo and the local team in Luxor. Looking forward to visiting again and seeing more of Egypt.

Amazing - Gamal is an excellent host. He organized all our trip around Egypt. The experience was fantastic. Gamal’s team is really wonderful. We enjoyed all places, the travel was perfect.

Multiple stays and excursions. - We stayed at the Mamlouk when we first got to Egypt The Mamlouk hotel and owner were amazing and organized picking us from the airport as well as the excursions. Everything was well organized, the hotel and staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel has stunning views, a great vibe and tastey food. After touring Egypt, we decided to come back to the hotel and spend one more night there since it was part of our favourite experience in Egypt. Highly recommend staying here and letting the hotel organize excursions.

Great Experience with Gamal - The trip was wonderful, Gamal was very informative and helpful. We entered the great pyramid and the pyramid of Saqqara and the open museum at Memphis. Definitely would recommend Mamlouk Excursions

Spanish guide Cairo tour - Hotel Mamlouk in Cairo made the tour arrangements. I requested a Spanish guide, Ahmed was our tour guide, very profesional, kind and friendly. He took us to the Great Pyramid of Giza ans Sakkara. There are in fact three main pyramids in Giza; the Great Pyramid of Khufu, The Pyramid of Kafhre and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaura. We walked around the Great Sphinx of Giza.Also he took us to the open air Memphis museum where you can see the amazing big Ramses II statue. We end our tour having a great traditional Egyptian lunch. We are very happy with Ahmed tour and we recomend you the hotel and their tours.
