Amazing trip to Egypt - In my opinion using a tour group to explore Egypt is absolutely necessary. We used Sun Pyramids Tours and I can easily say our trip was far better because we did. To begin, Youseff Mahmoud was beyond fantastic planning and arranging our tour. He worked with me to create a schedule in two different cities that included exactly what we wanted. He remained in contact with us over the months before the trip, answered questions immediately and even checked in during the tour to ensure that all was going well. I simply can’t say enough about his communication, follow through and execution of the perfect trip for us. He is also very kind, personable and professional. I am thankful to have had him as our tour scheduler/operator. Upon arrival in Luxor, we were met by our Sun Pyramid Luxor representative Mohamed. He was wonderful. He escorted us from the airport and ensured all of our needs were met upon arrival, during check in at our hotel, at the start of our tour the next day as well as upon our departure. We knew we would be in great hands with him as our representative and appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Our Luxor tour guide Mr Adel and driver Hany were also excellent. Mr Adel was a wealth of knowledge and very passionate about Egyptian history. He expertly guided and educated us at each location throughout our tour. Hany was amazing at getting us to each destination swiftly, comfortably and safely. We felt very well taken care of by all three representatives during our time in Luxor. In Cairo/Giza the high caliber of service continued. Our representative Carmalito and driver Mohammad Imman met us at the airport and ensured we were safely transported to the hotel as well as escorted us back to the airport upon departure. Carmalito was great, super personable and professional, and it is obvious he clearly enjoys his role in tourism. It is also impressive that he speaks 5 languages! As with our guide in Luxor, our Giza tour guide Walee Farah was also a vast resource of knowledge. She too provided a wealth of historical and cultural information at each of the locations, and gauged how we were all handling the heat throughout the day. We really appreciated that. (FYI - Egypt in July is a trade-off - far less crowded but extremely high temps). Our driver Mohammed ensured our safe, on-time and comfortable transportation all three days in Giza. It really takes an experienced, knowledgeable driver to navigate Egypt and it was comforting having that from both drivers during our entire stay in Egypt. In both Luxor and Giza, our guides and drivers were honestly invaluable. Aside from being experts in their fields, they were always on time, handled all of the ticketing and communication and helped us navigate security and entry at all of the sites we visited. I honestly couldn’t imagine trying to do all of that without them. They made our entire stay in Egypt easy, seamless and stress free. We explored many incredible sites including the Valley of the Kings, the Great Pyramid and the Giza Necropolis, The Sphinx, Karnak, Luxor and Queen Hatshepsut Temples, museums and more. We experienced the beauty of the Nile, rode camels, and enjoyed a family trip of a lifetime. Sun Pyramids Tours exceeded our expectations.

Great tour of Cairo - I highly recommend, they were very serious we had planned a day in Cairo by plane from Hurgada. Well present on arrival at the airport, then Cairo museum with driver and guide, lunch in a very decent restaurant then visit to the sphinx and the pyramids. As we had time before our plane at 11 p.m. to return to Hurghada they booked us a dinner cruise on the Nile with a show (to do) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. then return to the airport. Thank you to the teams and remember to tip them, they deserve it given their attention. The guide was great

Wonderful experience - I had the best experience in exploring egypt tourism site with an excellent tour guide Ahmad Kamel and a wonderful driver Tareq Kilani. Both have good command in english language and would recommend for all tourists visiting Egypt.

4 nights in Cairo from the pyramids to the desert - We were a group of adults and children. We turned to Sun Pyramids Tour for a 3-day tour that included Giza, Sahara, Memphis, Cairo with citadel, mosque, museum and bazaar plus the desert and the valley of the whales. It was all wonderful, organized perfectly by Ahmed. The Nile cruise with dinner and show is also fantastic. Our guide, Mr Akef, very knowledgeable and very kind, managed to involve even the little ones. Our companion Omar, on the other hand, was truly precious and was a point of reference for the older kids. Thanks again to all the staff, true professionals.

Best tour ever... - Our tour is 12 days with Sun Pyramids tour. This is our first day tour. The best tour with Hader as our tour guide. She is so intelligent and a great photographer 📸. She is able to explain the history of the places in Pyramid in Giza. She make our life easy. Happy I was able to contact Sun Pyramids Tours and meet the stuff. They pick us up on time. great tour company - They set up a four-day tour for us in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. It was great to be able to sightsee comfortably and efficiently. I would like to ask you again when you travel to Egypt.

Highly recommended! - I highly recommend this tour by Sun Pyramids Tours. First of all, the coordinator, Aya Gamal, was very kind and customized the tour to include camel rides and airport transfers. She was so accommodating that we also asked her for a tour of Luxor. She always responded very quickly, and we wondered when she was taking a break. We left something behind in the car, but when we contacted her, she contacted the driver and happily brought it to the hotel. We are very grateful. We requested a Japanese guide, and we thought we would be lucky if we could get one, and that it would probably be English, but a Japanese guide really did come. Tours with Japanese guides are very expensive on Veltra and other services, so this is a much better deal. Our guide, Mamdouh (nickname, Macchan), was very nice and had a lot of knowledge, and explained things enthusiastically. When he found out that the hotel breakfast time was late and we hadn't had breakfast, he bought juice, bread, and snacks at the supermarket for us. He taught us how to pose to pinch the pyramids and took lots of photos. We weren't forced to go to the papyrus workshop, perfume shop, or souvenir shop, but rather it was up to us if we wanted to, so we only went to the souvenir shop. The one-hour camel ride was fun, and the restaurant we were taken to for lunch was better than we expected. I was expecting it to be just koshari, but it was an authentic Egyptian shish kebab with molokheiya soup and side dishes, and it was very delicious. It was an absolutely satisfying tour, so I highly recommend it!

Amazing day with Hader! - We did the citadel and mosque, museum/mummy exhibit, and bazaar trip in Cairo. Hader was our guide and she was great! She explained all the history to us, showed us things, and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. During our trips we stopped at a few different stores, we really liked the Egyptian cotton store. Hader was so patient and kind. Sun pyramid tours made a great choice hiring her!

the experience is so beautiful - the guide is very good, very didactic and very nice and communicative, they know how to understand the contexts and are very good at explaining important questions and notions about the monuments of Cairo in a given manner. The visit I found very interesting was the museum and the churches, the camels and the various statues that we went to see
