• Pyramids of Giza - Begin your journey across Cairo with a pick-up from your requested location by an Egyptologist. The tour starts with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, where you can explore the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu (please note that a special ticket is required for entry). The tour continues with a visit to the Valley Temple of Khafre, the site where King Khafre’s mummification process took place. Finally, enjoy a close-up view of the Great Sphinx, the majestic guardian of the pyramids with a lion’s body and King Khafre’s head.
• Valley Temple of Khafre - This temple, associated with the Pyramids of Chephren, served as a purification site and guardian of King Chephren’s pyramids.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid is the only surviving wonder of the ancient seven wonders, standing as the tallest building on earth for over 3800 years. The complex includes a valley temple, now beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Although not yet excavated, diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered. With your expert Egyptologist, you can explore the entire area (please note that a special ticket is required for entry, and the guide will assist you).
• Menkaure Pyramid - The smallest pyramid on the Giza plateau, now approximately 61 meters high, is unique due to its granite outer layer remaining on the lower part. The granite was sourced from Aswan, over 1000 kilometers from Giza.
• Great Sphinx - With the same entry ticket to the pyramids area, you can enjoy a close-up view of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the pyramids with a lion’s body and King Khafre’s head. Take as many photos as you like with assistance from our guide, who is also an expert photographer.
• The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - After a water and lunch break, the tour continues with a visit to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, home to 120,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts dating back up to 6000 years, including the Tutankhamun exhibit.
• Khan Al-Khalili - The tour concludes with a visit to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, located in Cairo’s historic center. Established during the Mamluk era as a trade center, the bazaar offers a variety of products, including silver, copper, brassware, gold, and leather goods.
