AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! - Excellent experience with Memphis tour!! From the first moment before booking the trip we contacted memphis tour and we were attended by Hannan who was answering all our doubts with great kindness and professionalism until finalizing the booking. Once we arrived in Cairo there was the Spanish-speaking representative Ali waiting for us who helped us with the visa and transfer to the hotel which had an amazing view of the pyramids!! The hotels, the transfers, the restaurants all excellent. It was fulfilled 100% with the agreed itinerary and more! I want to highlight the guides who assigned us who were always with us, super friendly, professional explaining each place they took us but above all I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE GUIDE AYA HOSSAM who was with us for 5 days from Aswan to Luxor, she made it a unique experience! We are very grateful for his kindness and good energy, for the way he explained and told us the story of each place and also helped us in our personal shopping like souvenirs and stuff. One thing we would have liked is for her to accompany us on top of the cruise ship as the other guides of other groups did. If anyone wants to travel to Egypt I highly recommend this travel agency and if they can request Aya as a guide (THE BEST) !! If I have to make a serious criticism only the issue of tips within the tour, it is understood that it is something cultural of the country but if you hire the tour you are already paying for the services offered so the tips would not have to be mentioned and that is something that remains in each person if you want to tip or not. Summing up everything was excellent, from start to finish! Egypt is an amazing country and better than meeting you with a private tour with Memphis Tour!

Memphis Tours made our trip to Egypt, stress free, fun and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended. - The Memphis Tours part of our trip was booked through the company that we are diving with in the Red Sea. At first we thought it was a US based company not realising that the name Memphis is originally Egyptian. The service by Memphis Tours was flawless, punctual and informative. We are all seasoned travellers with plenty of experience to judge. It started at the airport with Amgad Fawzy meeting up at the airport gate and making immigration clearance quick and easy. Straight to our hotel which was the Pyramids Resort by Jazz which was an inspired choice both in quality and location. He got us into our room early. This was most welcome after flying 24 hours from Australia. Memphis had the three of us on a private two day tour of the Pyramids and Citadel of Saladin. Our guide was Tarek Rady who had a great command of English and an encyclopaedic knowledge of ancient Egypt, plus he had a great sense of humour. Both days went like clockwork. His recommendation of where to have a sail in a Felucca on the Nile, worked out perfectly. Amgad picked us up and took us to the airport for the flight to Hurghada where another member of Memphis Tours picked us up and got us into our rooms straight away, four hour before the official check in. Memphis Tours have been awesome.

Egypt2024 - After viewing the website of the tour operator, I was contacted (at my request) by an agent, Montaser , immediately tried to accommodate my needs , with availability and courtesy , patience and speed in responses . Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. The tour booked is for September 2024 and I hope to meet him soon in person
