Long layover in Cairo? This tour is worth every penny! - We had an incredible experience touring the Pyramids during a long layover. Our guide provided a seamless door-to-door service, picking us up from the airport and dropping us back off right on time for our flight. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Since we had all our hand luggage with us, she provided a private car and driver, which allowed us to securely leave our bags while we explored. It made the trip stress-free and easy. We had an absolute blast—it was worth every penny and turned a boring wait into a highlight of our trip! Thanks Hagar!

Great private tour - Our guide was fantastic (Zeinab H). We had a early conversations after booking and adjusted our pickup time to avoid traffic and heat. We weren't sure about the camel ride, but it was a big success. Highly recommended

Good layover trip to see the Pyramids - Mahmoud was great. He picked us up from the airport on time and we had a great time visiting the pyramids and the Sphinx. He was super flexible in modifying the tour based on our preferences. Highly recommend this short tour if you have a layover in Cairo.

Domestic Flight from Hurghada for a day trip to Cairo. - We were staying on a week’s long holiday in Hurghada and decided we wanted to take a day trip to see the Pyramids - but at our own pace (so we independently booked our own flights). This specific trip offers exactly that! Not only was Michael a fantastic Egyptologist and guide, but he was an ever better photographer! Not only did he know everything about the history of the pyramids and sphinx, but he also knew every angle for the perfect picture shot! The tour was excellent from start to finish. Michael reached out via WhatsApp the day before to confirm our flight number and expected arrival time at the airport. We were then met promptly by he and our driver and made our way to Giza. As we drove through Cairo, Michael provided us with explanations around buildings, the history of the city and the construction of New Cairo. No question was too much hassle for Michael, he was more than happy to answer and it is clear he has a real passion for his country’s history. We had a great guided tour around the pyramids and an explanation behind them, as well as some great photographs. After this, we then did an organised camel ride around the desert and pyramids before driving on to the sphinx. After plenty of sightseeing, Michael took us to visit a perfumery and a papyrus factory. Something I want to stress is that neither place felt pushy for our business, nor was there an expectation for us to buy something. Rather, it was more of an informed guide and demonstration behind the making process of the oil-based perfumes and papyrus (and then of course, an opportunity to purchase if you wished to). From here, it was then time for lunch and it was at a great spot. You could see all 3 pyramids from the terrace whilst you dined on local cuisine. It was a very surreal feeling. After lunch, it was then time for us to head back to the airport for our return flight to Hurghada - which we made with plenty of time. A 10/10 experience for us and we would recommend this to anyone that wishes to experience the pyramids and sphinx whilst in Egypt. Michael made this an excellent experience.

Tour of one stop from Cairo - During a long stop at Cairo Airport, we decided to explore the city. We entrusted our luggage to the car and had a fantastic experience with our Guide, Nour! She really showed us the surroundings and made us feel at home. She was an extremely knowledgeable teacher! We visited the pyramids and the sphinx, took a camel ride, visited a cotton shop, experienced writing in ancient style, took a look at a perfume store, and had lunch with an amazing view of the pyramids.

Great stopover in Cairo - During a long layover at Cairo airport, we took the opportunity to have a bit of an explore. We felt completely at ease leaving our luggage in the car since we had absolute trust in our guide, Ashraf. He was absolutely brilliant, showing us around and making us feel right at home. Ashraf's insights and knowledge were exceptional, ensuring we had an amazing time!

Very disappointed by this experience. - Very disappointed by this experience. Less than 24 hours before my visit, I was informed that no French-speaking guide was available, although I had booked several months in advance. I accepted an English-speaking guide for lack of time. Noted that I have nothing wrong with the guide who was otherwise professional and attentive. I was disappointed with this benefit because I made 2 visits for commercial purposes not mentioned and which lasted longer than the tour of the sphinx and pyramids. Not to mention the camel tour that lasted 10 min top time! In addition, the total duration of the tour (3 hours) was significantly shorter than that announced (6 to 8 hours).

Do not trust!!!!! - And a negative experience. The guide is good but unfortunately an 8-hour tour has been reduced to 4. Among other things in the places where we liked to do calmly was all accelerated.We ran behind the guide. Instead then they took us to perfume and papyrus stores (unscheduled and never asked) to spend on things we do not like and do not care. After you pay for the ticket they force you to pay entrance to the bathroom. Over lunch intrusive waiters. We haven't finished eating. They've already brought the bill. Bullying and intrusiveness to the max. Camel lasted a maximum of 15 minutes with a companion who demanded paper tip is not coins.Never again. Total disappointment.
