Amazing private 11 day vacation with Memphis Tours and their staff. - My husband and I visited Egypt for 11 days in January. The entire trip itinerary was planned through Memphis Tours and was outstanding from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better trip. First, the staff at Memphis who worked with us to plan the itinerary were very responsive and able to pull this vacation together for us with everything we wanted to do, on relatively short notice. It was a private tour, so we had a driver of our own and guide each day of the trip. Upon arrival in Cairo (on New Year’s Eve), Ahmed Rabei met us at the airport and was our tour coordinator. He was friendly and went out of his way to make our time in Cairo special. Hany Hamdy was our Egyptologist for everything in Cairo (Pyramids, several Islamic and Coptic sites, and Khan El Khalil bazaar, GEM). Hany was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history, religion, and culture of Egypt and we very much enjoyed our time with him. We stayed at the Kempinsky Nile and Steigenberger Pyramids hotels while in Cairo. Both hotels were very nice, clean, and had great food. The Kempinsky in particular was lovely - it has a rooftop bar with a view of the Nile and downtown Cairo. We had a beautiful two room suite and the hotel has an amazing breakfast. Our room at the Steigenberger had a view of the Pyramids, which we enjoyed. After 3 days we flew from Cairo to Luxor and boarded the Le Fayan to cruise the Nile River for 4 days. Our guide/Egyptologist during these 4 days was Mohamed Maher, who was also fantastic. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable about everything at the sites we visited (Luxor, Temple Karnak, Edfu, Kom Ombu, Abu Simbel, Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and more) and was a lot of fun to spend time with. The cruise was very relaxing and the staff on the Le Fayan very friendly. The boat is (seemed?) a little older and maybe needs some TLC but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the food was good. We had no complaints. The last leg of our vacation was spent on the Sinai Peninsula. We did the sunrise hike on Mount Sinai and visited St. Catherine’s. Our Bedouin guide, Eid, was super nice and very patient since I was moving slowly up the mountain. Our guide before and after the hike, Hanafy, was equally as knowledgeable and nice. The hike was amazing. We enjoyed the evening Bedouin cultural event as well. While on the Sinai Peninsula we stayed at the Rixos Sharm El Sheikh resort, which was pretty fabulous. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the snorkeling off of the pier was amazing. We had a 5 am departure flight and our driver and tour coordinator Omar made sure we made it to the airport on time. Overall everyone with Memphis tours was outstanding - professional, on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating and helped make our trip to Egypt really special.

Served and revered - I booked all my trip to Egypt with Memphis (except international flights), the various transfers, domestic flights to and from Cairo, Nile cruise and various excursions, I had a great time and I had no problem whatsoever! The chosen hotel in Cairo was beautiful and the food on the cruise was excellent. I didn't have to think about anything! Highly recommended

A very kind and patient itinerary planner! - Nouran responded when I contacted the travel agency to curate an itinerary some 12 months ago for a group of 16 participants then. Needless to say, there were much concerns given the turmoil in the Middle East region over the many months. Nevertheless Nouran was most accommodating and ready to provide options. These actions on her part allayed much anxiety by the Group participants. We are now in ATHENS.. about to jet off to an Egyptian adventure. Trip of a lifetime - At the start of our trip they picked us up in a clean air contained van. The airline left our luggage in Cairo so our driver Ali stayed at the airport waited for our luggage then followed the van with our baggage in it all the way to our hotel! They catered to our every need. Prince was our tour manager. He was amazing . He was warm friendly kind and considerate. Prince took us to the various locations and explained everything. He spoke like a professional right out of the history channel. He knew the history of Egypt like it was his own family. He came across extremely passionate about Egypt. We had a large group and we had members that had health issues during the trip. Prince helped everyone and adjusted schedules to make it was comfortable for all. Prince and Nadeer were both professional and caring. After a few days we all were fast friends. They keep us on time they kept us informed. They kept us hydrated fed and happy. Prince absolutely enjoyed his work and we enjoyed listening to him. This is an excellent company. Traveling to Egypt is not an easy journey but this team made it easy non stressful and enjoyable. I will be recommending them to anyone who is going to Egypt
