Amazing tour!! - Hend’s tour of the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara was excellent. The tour was everything I had dreamed of doing to experience Ancient Egypt. Hend told us the history in a way that was like listening to a story. She was also very kind and considerate. She knew great locations for photos. It was a lovely day. I highly recommend Hend as a tour guide.

Incredibly thorough, personalized tour of the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and more - We had the best time with our guide Hend on the Egypt Tailor Made day tour of the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara! The whole day went so smoothly and both Hend and our driver were so professional. We hit all of the high points and also learned a lot about history that we wouldn’t have known to ask about. Hend thought of everything and knew all of the best spots to take photos. I recommend very highly!

A totally amazing experience - Totally mind blowing experience. Sabri was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He paid extra attention to bring the history to life , through stories , showcasing everything its significance in civilisation and its relevance today . His knowledge was deep but was effortless in his delivery making it easier and entertaining to understand what we were seeing He spoke several languages too including Italian and English .
The Pyramids and the GEM are a must , as is Saqqarah - where our journey began given us access to tombs that the every day tourists would bypass then ending with a fascinating tour of old Cairo .
Nothing was a problem. With a private driver and an expert guide in Sabri our visit to Cairo ( which topped and tailed a fascinating Nile Cruise - another must ) was truly inspiring and remarkable. Very highly recommend!

A wonderful day with an expert - We had a wonderful day with Mr Sabry and Mohamed the driver. His knowledge of the subject is phenomenal and he keeps up with all the most recent developments. He uses his knowledge to give such clear and informative explanations. We cannot recommend him more highly.

A great itinerary made even better with an excellent guide - Manar, our guide, was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable and generously shared her insights throughout the drive, bringing every place to life with context and stories. She was warm and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable. She was gentle and thoughtful with my 11-year-old son. We would highly recommend her, especially for families traveling with children.

Amazing intro to Egypt! - We used Tailor Made Tours for three different excursions during our trip to Cairo. Hend was our fantastic guide for all three days. First off, communication was super easy with the company via Whatsapp, and they were accommodating to tailor the tour to what we wanted to see. Day 1 we went for a half day tour of the GEM where Hend was instrumental in explaining ancient Egyptian history. We wanted to stay extra hours at the end of the tour which wasn't a problem and she even tried to have the driver stay and wait for us (we declined since we didn't know when we'd leave)! Day 2 we took the trip that this review is posted under for Giza pyramids, Saqqara, and Memphis. She made great recommendations on which extra things were worth paying for vs not based on our interests. Day 3 was a half day tour of the citadel/Mohammed Ali mosque, 2 Coptic churches, synagogue Ben Ezra, and the NCEM. Again her explanations were instrumental in gaining a deeper understanding of Egypt and Egyptian history. She was also super friendly, answered all our questions even about modern life in Egypt, and never pushed any additional sights (ie no stops at tourist traps unless you want to go buy a rug or what not). We had two different drivers and they were excellent (in sharp contrast to an Uber driver where I thought we might all die). I used this company in 2014 and came back because they were excellent then and excellent now. Definitely recommend going with them!

Perfect tour of the pyramids, the sphinx and Memphis - Very knowledgeable guide! - Wonderful tour with a very experienced guide across the pyramids and the sphinx, as well as Memphis. Sabry had an answer to all my questions and was incredibly kind and organized. Pick up at 7am was perfect timing to avoid the crowds. Truly amazing experience!

Great way to see the pyramids of Giza and Saqqara - We had an amazing time with Heba - she is an incredibly experienced guide, who paced the tour perfectly and created an awesome atmosphere. We started the tour early at the pyramids, where there were hardly any people, which made the experience infinitely better. Besides her amazing knowledge of the pyramids and Egyptian history which she imparted with us along the way, Heba also knew all the best spots for photos! We followed this with a quick stop at the papyrus museum where we had a brief talk on how papyrus paper is made. The stop was short, the demonstration was quick and informative and the staff were not pushy. We then went to Saqqara, where Heba shared lots of tips of which tombs are best to go into (for an extra fee) and guided us as to not miss the last entrance to one of the free tombs as well. We finished the tour in Memphis, where we learned a bit more about Rameses II at the museum. I would highly recommend this tour and if you're lucky enough to get Heba as your guide - I can almost guarantee you'll have a great time.

An unforgettable magical experience - We have a 2-days private tour with Egypt Tailor Made and we were assigned Ahmed Zaki as a guide, and Shaapan as our driver.
What an incredible duo. They were friendly, kind and extremely professional. On day one they took us to Giza Pyramids and the New Egyptian Museum ((GEM) and on day two to Saqara and Dashur. Both days were incredible and Ahmed was a very knowledgeable guide. He knew how to best see the sites and showed us locations not usually visited by tourist.
We loved every location, but the going inside the Bent Pyramid in Dashur was the highlight of the trip. A truly unique experience, but not for the faint of heart.
Thank you again Ahmed and Shaapan. We loved every minute of it!
