Glad we went on this tour with Zizou. - I had received mixed reviews about going on this particular tour. We heard there wasn't much to see but in reality, I wished we had started with this one. It would have made the rest of our Egypt tour make more sense. And we have been everywhere.
Zizou was very knowledgeable and through in his explanations. Very glad we went. I would sign up with him again if I return.

Amazing journey through Old Kingdom history at Sakkara, Dahshur and the pyramids of Giza - Everything to do with this tour was faultless - including initial communication, on the day arrangements and timing. Our driver Omar was excellent and Zizou, our brilliant guide, was endlessly fascinating (he is a qualified Egyptologist with a masters degree in hieroglyphics!). He brought the history of the Old Kingdom alive for us through his explanations and storytelling. If you are lucky enough to get Zizou as your guide you will not be disappointed.

Amazing day tour of the pyramids - We had an amazing day exploring the pyramids with Hosni our guide. Our itinerary was flexible and Hosni was able to plan a tour that covered all the sites we wanted to see. Our day was enriched by our guide’s historical knowledge and ability to explain past events. A delicious lunch was included. Mohammed our driver was excellent too.

History came to life! - Zizou was the perfect guide for our first visit to Egypt. His extensive knowledge of the history, language and legends made the pyramids and temples come to life. We had a wonderful time and are already planning to come back and learn more.

Childhood dream come true! - Zizou was an amazing guide! We were so lucky to have him introduce us to the wondrous legends and stories of Ancient Egyptian culture. The sites we visited were fabulous and Zizou made sure to elevate our experience with his knowledge, generosity in sharing an authentic slice of his culture through food and the many millions of pictures he gladly took for our group. We couldn’t be more grateful for our time in his care!
Omar, our driver, was a beacon of safety and smiles.
This was an amazing tour and we got to make the most of our time by heading to the spots at times when we could beat the crowds. So happy we got to enjoy the best of Egypt with such kind souls!

Giza, Sakkara and Dahshur Pyramids Tour - Hosni was a great guide for this tour of many pyramids. Omar was a great driver for the day. Hosni was a fountain of scholarly knowledge with the history coming to life through his explanations. The day was made really fun with both of them. Everything was very slick from beginning to end. Highly recommended

Great experience - The trip was interesting and exciting, we had enough time at each site, though it took the whole day.
Whilst on site, the guide was very informative, patient and nice. More information is required whilst we are in the bus, in terms of the upcoming plans and sites we are passing by.
Stopover lunch at Sakkara was excellent!
The physical requirement of the activities inside the pyramids should be talked about and "warned" prior to the event. It is not an activity for everyone who is not "physically fit".

Highly recommended! - Ahmed and Mohammed are an amazing team! Ahmed as a guide told us all the relevant history. He doesn't pressure you to buy anything, leaving you to do whatever you wish. Helped to get in all the attractions and everything went quite smoothly. As he said "he's job as a tour guide is to make you happy for the duration of the tour". He definitely delivered on that. We had a tour guide, a great photographer and a lot of laughs.
I definitely recommend anyone to get on this tour. By the way the food was delicious!

Excellent experience for English speaking - This was an overall great full day activity by Deluxe travel.
Pros: Visited In and outside the Giza pyramids, Saqqara and Dashur, camel ride and an excellent oriental lunch.
Cons: Inside Giza pyramids was narrow, low ceiling, no ventilation and hot. Others were ok.
Tips:
i. Bring more than 3 litres of water if not in package.
ii. Be physically fit with good knees and crouching capability.
iii. Hat, long sleeves and sunscreen
