• Pyramids of Giza - Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to visit the Great Pyramids, following this trip by Luna Travel Egypt:
  Visit the Valley Temple, where the priests had mummified King Chephren’s corpse, Cheops and Chephren Mykerinos
• Great Sphinx - At the base of the Pyramids stands the enormous Giza Sphinx, which has a lion’s body and the head of a pharaoh from the reign of Chephren. It was discovered in 1912 and is located at the Great Sphinx of Giza.
  You will be taken back to your hotel after the tour has finished.
• Pyramids of Dahshour - You will visit the bent pyramid and the red pyramid at Dahshour, the location of the first real pyramid constructed by King Senefru, the founder of the Fourth dynasty.
• Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Sakkara, the City of the Dead, where you will visit the iconic step pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest significant stone building.
  For King Djoser, it was constructed during the third dynasty (about 2630 BC).

Luna Travel Egypt’s representative will fetch you from your accommodation, kicking off the excursion to the Giza Pyramids. You’ll visit The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. The journey then takes you to the magnificent Great Sphinx, an ancient figure dating back to Chephren’s time. You’ll also tour the Valley Temple, where King Chephren’s body was mummified by the Priests. Here, you can get a close look at The Sphinx, the monumental guardian with a lion’s body and the king’s head, guarding the enormous burial site. Your visit will then extend to the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s first major stone-built edifice. A delicious lunch at a local restaurant is slotted between visits, providing a full meal per person.
