The Best Excursion We've Ever Done – 1000/10 for Nevin! - My boyfriend and I did a full-day private tour with Nevin, and it was hands down the best excursion we’ve ever done—and we’ve done many around the world! From start to finish, Nevin went above and beyond to make the day absolutely perfect.
As an Egyptologist, she was incredibly knowledgeable and made history come to life for us. She took us inside the pyramids, explained all the hieroglyphics, and answered every single question we had with so much enthusiasm. What we really loved was how she gave us time at each site after explaining the history, so we could take it all in at our own pace.
One of the biggest highlights? The PHOTOS! Nevin took the most amazing pictures of us throughout the day, which is something we often struggle with as a couple when traveling. Now we have the coolest photos to cherish forever!
She made the entire experience so seamless—on-time hotel pickup, organizing all tickets, walking us through the itinerary, and making us feel completely at ease in a city that can sometimes feel overwhelming for visitors. She even tailored the day to what we wanted, stopping at local spots to try authentic food and coffee. We also got to visit places specializing in essential oils and rug-making, which gave us an even deeper appreciation for the local craftsmanship and culture. It was clear that she’s deeply connected to the community, which made everything feel even more immersive.
After such an incredible experience, we knew we had to stay in touch with Nevin. She told us she offers so many different excursions all over Egypt and can completely customize trips based on what we want. Now that we have her contact, we’ll definitely be coming back and planning all our future trips to Egypt with her! If you're considering this tour—DO IT! You won’t regret it.

Great tour, well timed, fantastic guide. - The experience is exactly as described. Just the right amount of time at each location and very well paced for lunch and refreshments. This was worth the price, even with tips included for the tour guide and driver. Essam (the professor / archeologist/ Egyptologist) was outstanding!!

Pros & Cons - Pros
-Mohammed excellent guide, very friendly and knowledgeable.
-Well structured day, Excellent stops at the Pyramid's, Sphinx, Memphis & Saqqara Pyramind.
-Air Conditioned Van
-We were the only family/persons on the trip which made it a more personalised experience.
-Lunch restaurant was decent, had soup, bread, tomato potato stew, kebab, spicy chicken, Ice Cream. Drinks not included.
-Good Driver (not as crazy as some of others in Cairo)
-Plenty of time given for photos
-Horse Cart / Camel Ride included
Cons
-we didn’t like the perfume/oil shop stop before Memphis as your sort of feel corned/pressured into buying something - but the perfume/essence's were quite expensive for what they were. I explained this to Mohammed and kindly asked that we avoid any future stops like this which was obliged.
Overall, very good trip and would recommend.

A Dream Come True - We were fascinated to see the Pyramids and got so much information about the history of them, Moreover the guide helped us to experience Camel and Horse rides as well. Throughout the tour, our guide helped us to understand more about the culture and tradition followed by the Aancestors of Egypt. Plus, the Egyptian food is to die for. To conclude, we would like to say the whole experience is unforgettable.

Wonderful tour with the best guide I could imagine! - The tour was absolutely wonderful. But the main thanks belong to my guide, Ibrahim. He was the highlight of my whole trip to Egypt being were authentic, understanding. But most of all having deep knowledge about everything, and knowing how to deliver it in an interesting way. For anyone wanting to see the Pyramids this trip is highly recommended!

Great tour but hold on to your camera/phone! - Mona was friendly and delightful to have a tour with! We hit all the spots in the itinerary. Just be prepared to have small tips (“baksheesh”) on the ready. EGP 50-100 is about right for small favors.
I would’ve given 5 stars but knocked one star off due to an unsavory experience at the Sphinx. Mona handed the phone to a local lady (whom we assumed as her acquaintance) that we didn’t have a conversation with prior to take pictures. After tipping the local lady, she started making a scene demanding for more. Mona did help iron things out, but it left a bad taste on an otherwise great tour.

Private tours and guides win. I'm happy if I know English. - I think the guide is off-limits, but this time I was satisfied with his thoughtfulness in plain English. There are local tours, but if you don't stop by a perfumery and a carpet shop on the way, you get a perfect score.

Disappointed and harassed - Great to see these sites, however we were rushed around as the rep was more interested in getting us to lunch Although we had requested No Lunch on our booking! We had to pay an extra £30 for much to cover both our meals and the reps and drivers!! It was a poor standard of food and extra charges for drinks ! We then get rushed onto a papyrus factory and she wanted us to go to a parfumerie but we refused! This was so she could get commission from them for anything we purchase!
We ended our trip with the Giza pyramids, and again the rep was pressuring us to pay for camel rides and wanted to charge us £40 each !! Luckily I have been many times before and knew it was only £3 for the camels ( always giving extra as a tip!)
The rep was rude to our driver ( a lovely guy) and we finished the trip feeling disappointed and harassed. It had cost quite a lot of money and I wouldn’t recommend.

Bad experience, a private tour that turned out to be a group tour and with many shortcomings. - Bad experience
It was supposed to be a private tour for our family, instead, when we arrived at the meeting point with the guide, we were informed that we had been joined to another group. Although we had bought tickets for the pyramids of Giza, the guide only let us do the outside visit, telling us that we would enter the next pyramid, which did not happen. The tour was also scheduled to visit Menphis which was not made. During the day it was all about waiting for the guide, the driver etc... great waste of time. Bad experience. Not recommended.

NEVER CONTRACT WITH THEM - They never sent me a guide in Spanish, despite being booked and paid
They wasted my day in the Giza resort!
