Great way to see the sights with a friendly guide! - This experience was super! A great way to see the views in a relaxing and serene environment. Hotel pickup was prompt, and our guide Ibrahim was friendly and helpful. 💫

Peaceful, private ride perfect for two - My husband and I had such a lovely time on our private boat ride with our guide Hakiem and our boat captain Awar. We opted for the ride only (no lunch), and it was nice and simple. Our felucca sailboat was just as we pictured it and it was such a calming ride. (I cannot imagine doing an alternative, like one of the motorized boats for small groups or the large campy nighttime cruises — those just aren’t our vibe!) Hakiem gave us water to drink and played music for us as we quietly enjoyed the scenery. The pickup and drop-off from our hotel was smooth too. The vehicle was a sleek Mitsubishi crossover clearly marked with Viator branding, and it was just a quick 5-minute ride down Nile Corniche to the “Dok Dok” near the Four Seasons. The boat ride itself lasted about an hour — which was a sufficient amount of time. We thought it would span more length of the river rather than circling a specific area of it, but it was nevertheless enjoyable. We had no complaints!

Cairo at its best - It was the best time. They were all great really enjoyed egypt and guide Reda was very knowledgeable and great at explaining. Very patient, as we asked several questions and very open to everything we did not understand as he explained step by step. My experiences were amazing. I did not expect it to be so remarkable, as our guides made it. There are no words that can explain my experience as I leave wanting to see more of this wonderful land, culture and people. Thank you so much to all of you.

Very good trip - Family had a very good time. The guide was very friendly and polite. Arrived on time and had no issues through out the trip.

Fero (our felucca guide).. you are the best! 🤟😁 - Myself, my daughter (from UK) & our Egyptian friend really had the best time on our private sunset 1 hour felucca tour on the Nile with Fero. He picked us up on time from our hotel and was very welcoming & engaging. The felucca sail experience was just so much fun.. we laughed all the time with Fero 😂 He is a fun guy and a very HONEST, good guide who deserves all the credit he receives 👍 The sail on the nile was so relaxing (just what we needed after visiting the chaos of Khan el-khalili 😂) The car journey back to our hotel was so much fun. Fero is also a musician and sang to us.. we love you Fero. You really made our experience so very enjoyable 🤟😂

Beautiful ride - This was a must do while in Cairo. Just a must do. It was great service. Great driver. We had a very nice time! I touched the Nile!

Not great 😐 - I specifically booked the tour at 5pm to see the sunset on the Nile. The tour guide was in the hotel at the right time but there some issue with the police or hotel security that meant we didn't leave until around 25 mins later. They said this is normal and part of the process but if that's the case then come 25 mins early. We missed the sunset and just saw some of the colours left in the sky. So, wasn't really worth it. My mother nearly fell over and could have had a serious accident because the docking area for the boat is not safe, the boat was not docked correctly when getting off and the area you step onto was a few wobbly planks of wood that were not secure, luckily someone was standing near and rushed to help prevent her from falling in the water or hurting herself badly. The driver and guide were friendly but the tour was lost by missing the sunset. Also, we were asked many times " have you seen this have you seen that" as they were just interested to get us to book more tours. Cairo is a great place, I hope this info lets the tour company improve so people can see it properly.

Went nowhere and came back to shore. Very disappointing. - Didn’t really go anywhere. Got towed out by a motor boat with fumes coming back on us and then floated about for a short while and went nowhere. Not sure what the point of it was really. Even had to tip the owner. I think a proper motor boat would be better. Nice guide though.

Quick boat tour - Our guide Angie was very nice, but we weren’t given any information as we drove to the boat or on the boat. She answered questions we had, but didn’t provide any information unprompted. The description of this tour says “lunch” is given - we didn’t get any food or beverages. There was no mention of it either.
