The EMO tour has brought together people who are trying to get people to like Egypt, which is an extremely amazing tour. - Cairo, participated in a half-day pyramid tour. It was an extremely wonderful experience. I contacted him from Japan and the local tour desk replied quickly and accurately. It's as if you're communicating with Japanese luxury hotel staff. This quick accuracy continued after entering Cairo. Tweaked everything when the transit airport informed me of my Flights delays. I was tongue-in-cheek at the precision of the response. Now, belatedly about Cairo airport, I made eye contact with an Egyptian man moments after I left the airport lobby. Don't be surprised, this is Mr. issam, the Guide. Of course, correlation simply can't be met, so I asked a few tinkering questions to confirm he's from the emo tour. His Guide is so enthusiastic and precise that you might think he is the head of the Egyptian Tourist Board. I always say I'm glad you're happy. They take pictures with a bang and I don’t know what else to request. He is more of an entertainment ambassador who strengthens friendship between Japan and Egypt than a Guide. By the way, this time I had an airport pickup and a hotel terminal for my convenience. This flexibility allowed me to spend the day doing other things. I used the emo tour for the first time and am very happy. My comments are by no means false and sakura. I fell in love with Egypt, the 51st country I visited.

Great Tour and Guide - We have booked several tours with Imo with great success, and have no complaints from any of them, only praises! This time around we did not spend enough time at the Egyptian museum in Cairo in our first visit a couple of days ago and decided to book a second visit only focusing on that. Our guide was Sayed Mahmoud and our Driver Mohamed. They were both excellent, took very good care of us and guided us through the difficult streets of Cairo seamlessly. Our guide took the time to explain all the different artifacts, rooms, and treasures and spent over five hours at the museum. They went well above what was expected and invited us for lunch at their favorite local falafel place in Giza (Felfela which by the way was excellent and you can read about it in a separate review) and did not let us pay for lunch! We also wanted to buy a few souvenirs and took us on their own extra time to a perfume store, a bazaar, and a papyrus store at our request. I think it’s important to emphasize that this is something we requested and by no means were they pushing us to go to stores at all. They wanted to make sure that we were able to accomplish in the day everything we wanted to do, even though it was not included as part of the tour. We were very grateful for the extra time they took, and they even dropped us off at a different location of our choosing at the CityStar mall where we wanted to have some coffee after our trip. I only have excellent things to say about the demeanor, assistance, and extra time. I highly recommend them to be your guides in Cairo.

A half day is not enough to explore this treasure trove! - Our half day tour of the Cairo museum was with the lovely Nesma, our Egyptologist guide with a nice clean air conditioned car providing transport to and from our hotel. Nesma gave very detailed descriptions of each exhibit - the highlight for me being the gold sarcophagus and funeral mask of King Tutankhamun. Nesma even stopped at a local pharmacy and purchased some vitamin tables on behalf of my wife who was suffering a cold. We really appreciate the extra customer service!

Egyptian museum tour - Had an amazing half day tour to the egytian museum with Mahmoud. Mahmoud as a guide from Emo tour shows a professional attitude, on time and full of knowledge Eventhough it’s very crowded & hectic inside the museum, he never lose his composure and was calmly explaining everything in steady manner. It made me feel relax and had a really wonderful time.

Nice experience but wrong description - The trip is well organized, and the guide was very helpful and professional. Mistake in communication for pick up time an absolutely no half day trip. The tour is no more then 1.5 hr.

Good but not great - We did the museum tour and all in all I’d say it was quite good. It did feel very rushed and there were rooms in the museum that we didn’t even step foot in, but on the other hand we got to hear all the extra bits of information we would have missed without the tour so I guess it really depends what you’d rather have. Afterwards we went to an essential oils shop and got some information about the essential oils from Egypt. Given the choice I would’ve much rather spent that extra half hour walking around the museum than visiting the oil shop so it wish that had been an option before we left. The tour also said it came with a drink and snack bag but it did not.
