(Recognize the guide)
You won’t need to search for the tour guide as our entire team will be waiting for you opposite the KFC restaurant in front of the pyramids.

Starting Point:
After meeting your guide and checking your tickets, your experience will begin with a visit to The Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), the largest and oldest of the pyramids, built for Pharaoh Khufu.

Next, you will continue walking to visit the Pyramid of Khafre, which is aligned with the cardinal points of the compass. It appears taller than Khufu’s pyramid due to its higher elevation on the Giza plateau, even though it is slightly shorter.

Note
Entrance tickets (basic) for the pyramids area are 12 USD with a waiting line.

  • Great Sphinx - The Great Sphinx, an iconic limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of Pharaoh Khafre.

Photo Opportunity: The Sphinx offers a great backdrop for photographs, especially in the morning light.

  • Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - The Great Pyramid of Cheops (outside), also known as the Pyramid of Khufu, is the largest and most famous of the pyramids at Giza, Egypt. Built during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom of ancient Egypt, around 2580–2560 BC, it was constructed as a tomb for Pharaoh Khufu (Cheops in Greek).

Entry Tickets: You can purchase tickets at the entrance of the Giza Plateau, and you won’t need to wait in line because our team will assist you. The cost is 11 USD per adult.

Note:
Entry to the king’s chamber requires a separate ticket if you wish to go inside. Please check with your guide for tickets and timing.

  • Khafre’s Pyramid - The Pyramid of Khafre (outside) was constructed from limestone blocks, with some higher courses made of granite. It is notable for still retaining some of its original casing stones at the top, which provide insight into how the pyramids originally looked.

Next Stop: Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren)
Pyramid of Khafre: Slightly smaller than the Great Pyramid, notable for the remnants of its original casing stones at the top.

Valley Temple: Located near the Sphinx.

  • Menkaure Pyramid - The Pyramid of Menkaure (outside) was constructed using limestone and granite. Unlike the pyramids of Khufu and Khafre, which primarily used limestone, the lower courses of Menkaure’s pyramid were encased in red granite. This choice of material and the precision of the stonework are significant.
