The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. This museum houses a rare collection of 5000 years of art, the largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are on display, including a dedicated exhibit for the treasures, gold, and jewelry of Tutankhamen, which were enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

Pyramids of Giza - Next, visit the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Cheops is the largest pyramid ever built. Then, get a close-up view of the Sphinx, a massive funerary complex guarded by the legendary lion-bodied figure with the face of King Chephren.

Khan Al-Khalili - Continue your visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaars, known for their fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques, and more. At the end of the day, you will be transferred back to the train station for your journey to Aswan.

Abu Simbel Day Tour & Overnight in Aswan

Abu Simbel - Enjoy breakfast on the train. Upon arrival, meet our local representatives and transfer to a full-day tour of the Abu Simbel Temple. This colossal temple, built by Ramses II (XIXth Dynasty), was saved from the Nile waters and is among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments. The temples were carved out of a sandstone rock cliff, with representations of the deities to which each was dedicated on its huge façade. Nearby, you will also find the small Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Overnight in Aswan.

Luxor Tours to Valley of the Kings and Overnight Cruise

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast on board, cross to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Explore the Necropolis of Thebes on the Eastern bank. Drive to the Valley of Kings to visit the tombs of various dynasties and the Temple of Deir El Bahari. On the return journey, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues representing Amenophis III facing the Nile. Then, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Lunch on board. Afternoon free at leisure. Enjoy afternoon tea.

(Optional Not Included) Visit the East Bank - Luxor & Karnak Temple. Explore the Luxor Temple to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Proceed by carriage or bus to Karnak, a series of temples built during different reigns. Start at the Avenue of Sphinxes and visit the Unfinished Propylon.

South Sinai - After breakfast, enjoy a free day.

(Optional Not Included) Canyon Trip: Start at 5:30 AM with a jeep ride to the canyon, which takes about 2.5 hours. Climb down the mountain and then up the other side to find the jeep waiting to take you back to Sharm. On the way back, stop in Nuweiba for lunch for 1 hour, then continue to Dahab for shopping for another hour before returning to Sharm. Overnight in Sharm El Sheikh.

Ras Mohammed National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a free day.

(Optional Not Included) Full-day boat trip: Depart early at 8:30 AM from the hotel to Sharm El Sheikh Port. Board the boat and start the trip, visiting the garden reef, sharks bay, Ras Nasrani, and sometimes wood reef & Jackson reef. Lunch on board (menu usually includes grilled fish with rice and salad). Return to Sharm El Sheikh Port by 5:00 PM. The program depends on sea conditions and wind direction. Overnight in Sharm El Sheikh.

Sharm to Cairo and Overnight in Alexandria

Alexandria - After breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet our local representatives and transfer from Cairo to Alexandria by air-conditioned car. Upon arrival in Alexandria, transfer to your hotel and check-in.

Alexandria Day Tour & Overnight in Alexandria

Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - After breakfast, start your trip with a visit to the Roman Theater, which has marble seats for up to 800 spectators, galleries, a section of mosaic flooring, and a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman villas and baths. Then, visit Pompey’s Pillar, followed by the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa, which have tombs on three levels and a triclinium where relatives used to feast the dead. Inside, there are 2nd-century AD statues of Sobek and Anubis wearing Roman armor. Continue to Elsawary, Montaza Garden, Alexandria Library, and from the outside, visit Qaytbay Citadel and El Mursi Abu Elabas. Overnight stay in Alexandria.

Alexandria to Cairo and Coptic Cairo, Memphis, and Sakkara

Memphis and Sakkara - After breakfast at the hotel, depart by air-conditioned car back to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet our representatives and transfer to your hotel. Then, depart from the hotel to start your full-day tour visiting Sakkara. See the earliest monumental stone structure in Egypt, a stepped pyramid built for King Zoser (c. 2650 BC). Then, visit the cemetery for Memphis, used continuously for 3,000 years. Next, visit the old part of Cairo, as Egypt was one of the first countries to embrace Christianity. Visit the Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Barbara, the Hanging Church, and the old Jewish Ben Ezra Synagogue.
