Avoid TripAlbania.AL tour operator - Two days prior to tour I got a message saying trip may have to be cancelled as not enough people booked. Fair enough. Except I didn't hear again from tour operator. Morning before I messaged them to ask if tour going ahead. No response. The evening before I messaged again to ask if tour going ahead. No response. I had no idea if tour was going ahead or not. I had already paid. I got early and waited at hotel for 9 a.m. pick up and no one came. I contacted Viator who were not much help either. I then got an email to say tour was being refunded whilst messaging Viator who was telling me it would take a few days to have it refunded and only if tour operator said it was cancelled. I imagine therefore it was tour operator who had initiated the refund rather than Viator. My day was ruined as this was my plan to travel here and I really wanted to go. Had I known it was not going ahead I would have booked with another tour operator or booked an alternative tour. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
