• Bucelat - Experience the beauty of Europe’s last wild river, the Vjosa River! The journey begins early at 8:00 AM from Gjirokastra, with a scenic 90-minute drive to Permet, where the rafting adventure awaits. Upon arrival, enjoy a coffee or beverage before embarking on the adventure at 10:00 AM. After approximately two hours of rafting on the Vjosa, the group arrives in the city of Permet. The next stop is the Benje hot springs, but first, enjoy lunch at a local family-run establishment, where the local river fish is highly recommended (lunch is at your own expense). After a delightful meal, spend about two hours at the hot springs, a natural monument in Albania, where you can also take a short walk inside the Langarica canyon. The day concludes with a return trip to Gjirokastra, ending around 5:00 PM at Cerciz Topulli Square, the starting point of this wonderful day! (Hotel pickup is available)

Embark on an outstanding journey in Europe’s last untouched river, the Vjosa River! We set off early at around 8:00 AM from Gjirokastra, for a 90-minute scenic drive to Permet, the location of our thrilling rafting expedition. Once we reach the starting location and have enjoyed a coffee or drink, we kick off the adventure at 10:00 AM. After approx two hours of rafting on the vibrant Vjosa waters, we arrive in the town of Permet. Next, we make our way to Benje’s hot springs, with a lunch stop at a homely local spot where we recommend trying the river fish (lunch costs not included). After a satisfying meal, we unwind for approximately two hours at the hot springs, a natural landmark in Albania (with an optional short trek through the Langarica canyon), before hitting the road back to Gjirokastra. Our spectacular day concludes around 5:00 PM in Cerciz Topulli square, right where it all started! (We offer hotel pickup service.)
