A brilliant tour with an excellent guide - We had a brilliant tour with Johnny. He was incredibly knowleagable and his enthusiasm for Glasgow was infectious. He guided us through the city centre with humour and fun tit bits and kept us so interested that the 3 hours flew by. We were also really lucky with glorious sunny weather. We would highly recommend this tour

Take a walk with Gander!!! - Johnny provided an excellent tour for us, providing a very interesting, enjoyable and wide ranging walk through Glasgow’s illustrious history. His in-depth knowledge of Glasgow’s origins and past, culture, and development was impressive, and we enjoyed our discussions with him on a wide variety of related aspects. We would highly recommend Gander to anyone seeking a good overview of Scotland’s biggest city and how it has impacted world history.

The Hype is real! - Very few things in life live up to the “hype” ….Johnny and his walking tour are most definitely one of those things! Not only did we learn so many interesting facts about Mother Glasgow but we had a great time doing it. Johnny showed us the hidden gems of the city and clearly relished sharing his knowledge. Can’t recommend this enough…LET GLASGOW FLOURISH!!!!

Fabulous Glasgow walking tour - Even though we were the only two people to turn up for the Gander Walking Tour on a grey and wet February morning Johnny was an excellent and enthusiastic guide to Glasgow. We saw some lovely buildings and unexpected sights on our city walk. Explored one of the last original art deco pubs and tasted Irn-Bru. Kindly pointed out recommended pubs, cafes and other places to visit and even sent through all the information by email enabling us to make the most of out trip to Glasgow. Thoroughly recommend booking this walking tour.

100% recommended - even if you are solo traveller this is a perfect tour :) - This is very belated review but Johnny's tour was amazing! Full of history, small fun facts about the local lifestyles and insights. I also appreciated the fact that he was making sure if everyone follows throughout the tour. Although we could visit many places, the tour itself was very well-paced and I didn't feel tired which sometimes happens to me with walking tours. I learned a lot, thank you Johnny :)

Fantastic tour of Glasgow - I had the most fantastic time on this tour of Glasgow with Johny. Despite the fact it was pouring the entire time this was a most enjoyable experience. Johny was so knowledgeable about the colourful history of the city and its beautiful buildings, I am only sorry I had to leave the tour early. I might book another trip just to do that last part and just to make sure I will remember it all! Thank you Johny!

Highly recommended, learn about Glasgow from a passionate guide - John was a brilliant guide, he was very accommodating to the group, in our case made up of at least 4 different nationalities. We had been to Glasgow before, but now know so much more about this beautiful and exciting city.
