Loch Lomond and beyond - Great chance to see the countryside and some outstanding locations. The ancient sites were a highlight, only one was difficult to access. The group of 7 got along nicely and our guide Lauren was knowledgeable and fun. There is a lot of driving involved.

Inveraray Castile & standing stones - Andrew with Wild Scotland Tours was a fantastic guide. He was very informative, knowledgeable and funny. I learned so much about this area of Scotland. The weather was terrible. It rained all day with gusty wind and cold. The 8 of us on the tour were soaked to the skin and shivering with cold. Andrew made sure we did not miss anything. We walked through fields in driving rain and mud to see the standing stones. We stopped at a pub to warm up. The whole time he was telling us facts and stories about the area. Even with the shivering wet rain, I was so glad I took the tour. I loved the Scottish music Andrew played in the vehicle

Good Trip - Probably the cairns, mounds and standing stones. were most memorable. Would have loved to see some more. Single track road along Loch Awe was an experience. LONG drive. Derrick was very nice and informative. As a retired educator I know that presenters need to be aware of verbal tics that might be distracting. Clearing the throat does not require an "excuse me" everytime even though I absolutely understand the intent to be polite. Four of the six participants did not eat lunch at the Inveraray Casstle because we minsunderstood the instructions. Pretty hungry by the stop at the Green Welly.
